Kent RO — Bought AMC but still told to pay for Part | |
We bought Kent Ultra last year and also extended AMC recently and paid 950 Rs for AMC But when problem arised related to solenoid valve, we were charged Rs 295 despite having AMC Vivek from New Shree Ram Services told besides Filters everything would be covered and we had been associated with Kent for last 10 years and we used to pay similar amount for AMC including parts. But when actual part Solenoid Valve was broken, we were asked to pay 295 Rs. This is cheating with customer, what you sell for AMC vs what service you give to customer is way different.
