I would like to bring to your notice about the daylight robbery by Rain Drop Services, Bommanahalli, Bangalore

I have raised the servicing request on call(Kent customer Care:[protected]) on 25th may 2016.The technician(shivakumar d, [protected]) visited my premises on 27th may.He is from Rain drop services.He have claimed to have done full servicing of the my machine.Invoice is attached for the reference.

Machine have worked barely for 3 month.This time i have contacted another vendor(Aishwarya solar Technologies) as no technician was visiting my premises for the request booked through CS.Technician from aishwarya was shocked after i informed him that i have got almost everything replaced just 3 month before.He examined my machine and found that RO and FRT put in my machine is very old and never replaced(his work notes are attached).I was dumbfounded after this revelation.I have tried calling shivakumar.He have picked my call once.But after that he have stopped picking my calls.Rain drop services given in invoice is not in working condition.

This is serious case of cheating he customer in the name of Kent.Incidents like these will tarnish the brand image of kent in the longer term.Please look into same on the urgent basis and expedite they necessary action and arrange my repair of my machine.
