I am also facing exactly same issue with Rain Drops. I took my AMC in sept 2018 and from that time my kent has stooped working near about 6 times and everytime i had to almost beg infront of Rain Drop CS to send someone quickly and everytime issue got resolved after 3 to 4 days. Before taking this AMC, i used to call CS in a year once and too also only for filter change.
Kent need to remove Rain drop from their authorised service center list.

Extremely poor service, not even worth one star.
We have taken an annual contract with these guys & paid the fees in advance. Now no response !!
Kent should hold responsibility for their vendors. I'd like to escalate this matter officially now, either the money is returned back or services are rendered.

Complaint raised on Feb 22/02/2018 with Kent Service Center, And they send technician from Rain Drop Service...Shiva-[protected] is technician who came to our home and he replaced the Filter which was Bad and Shiva he is from Rain Drop Service He took Extra money for AMC extension and after 3 month again we are getting some beep sound. When i trying to call same company which KENT people sent now he is not picking my call complaint has been raised 3 days back still technician dint come to our home...WORST SERVICE FROM KENT Never Ever go for KENT Water Purifier.
