[Resolved] Kent RO — Cheating by M/s Pearl Infotech, Bangalore as no Warranty free service for Grant+ | |||
Sir/Madam, I had lodged my complaint b4 this but no action so far. My kent Grand+ was 1st time installed on 6.11.13 by M/s Pearl Infotech Bangalore by charging Rs.350/- misusing the nomenclature as 'reinstallation' chgs. Further reg. pre filter they stated that kent prefilter not available anywhere and have fitted a prefilter which is worth Rs.700/- by charging Rs.2000. They have detached d warranty card w.o taking my sign. and till now not even a single time kent G+ has been serviced by them. I hope they are claiming commission/fees from Kent for giving warranty peiord free service though thy hav not provided a single time free service so far. I request you to provide proper free service for G+ which i am entitled during warranty from some other reputed agency with biz morality and b4 this i contacted kent area manager [protected] but nothing has happened he did not call back which he promised I would never recommend kent to any person I should have gone for aquaguard as i was cautioned by my collegue not to purchase kent. the service from kent is the worst any body can expect i feel very very sorry for purchasing kent product by investing more than 15k hard earned money. I hope u take proper action so that other kent customers would not be cheated by M/s pearl infotech by giving false information like kent pre filter not at all manufactured by kent. When i called up pearl infotech that i will file a complaint in consumer court since they hav not supplied kent prefilter though d same was available they replied that they hav not mentioned about kent prefilter in the bill so that i can go to any court and they are not bother about it. my contact no.[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

the business model of Kent seems to be based on the motto that once a patient, always a patient.
Since last six months, some way or other, I have to regularly call for the technician, I have already spent close to 15K on the spare parts, almost every part, from filters to power supply to motor has been changed. And when ask about the warranty, they say of maximum 3 months, so every 3 months, you keep replacing some or other part in your RO system.

I am genuine customer of Kent Ro systems and using Kent RO+ UV machine from 2013 October. In August, 2015 i requested for routine check up of machine to Kent and based on our request, Pearl Infotech, Marathalli Bangalore (authorised distributor of kent RO ) contacted us and charged us 4800 Rs. for some servicing and some spare parts and filter change.
But on 6th October, 2015 one of my friend requested for servicing and for him also service boy requested for the spare parts and filter change and charged only 2000 Rs.
So as a consumer my simple question is to kent team is within one city how is it possible that so, much cost difference for the same spare parts and filters? I request you to please check this matter on priority and kindly arrange my excess amount refund.

Earlier I have repaired by other dealer but I was not satisfied for the service, then i called to Pearl Infotech. Services really very good, response by Mr. jagadeesh. he called me immediately & technician has also reached on time, So I am very thankful for the service given by Pearl infotech also their charges are reasonable.
