WORST SERVICE. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AFTER PURCHASING KENT RO.
In past we have purchased so many products even Kent RO in year 2010 in Punjab but never ever saw a worst service in my life.
In future never ever purchase any Kent product. Thinking about vegetable purifier but NOW Big No to all KENT products.
WHY so ???

I have purchased Kent Pearl on 2-June-2014 and till today 10-June-2014, I am not able to get drinking water from it.
Worst service at Bareilly. I never saw such a bad service in my life.
When I purchased machine and when first time I contacted service center then no one told us that pre-filter is add-on and after paying Rs.16, 000/- for RO I have to purchase pre-filter also.
First time, installation time given was 6PM, 2-June-2014 but when I contacted service center then they told that machine will install at 8PM, 2-jun-2014, TELL ME IS 8PM IS TIME TO INSTALL MACHINE AT CUSTOMER RESIDENCE
When person arrived then he told us that machine will install after 1 week, they are about to work 8 hours in a day and he showed us some card in where difference in date of purchase and date of installation for other customer is 1 week . When I asked about pre-filter he said that he forgot to bring that.
When I contacted service center then person on phone said that ever you have seen pre-filter.
I sent email to [protected]@kentrosystems.com and Mr. Tyagi contacted me on 3-Jun-2014, morning on phone, I told them all details and even he did not told us that pre-filter is additional purchase but he assured us that machine will install at time convenient to us.
Now today after 1 week, 10-Jun-2014, when I again contacted service center then I told them to install machine at 4PM but at 4PM the person who arrived first time gave us a call from service center and asking us address again .
He arrived at 5:30PM and then pipes which are provided with machine does not work with our already working pre-filter.We said that we will not install machine without pre-filter. He told us to purchase pre-filter at cost of Rs1250/-. In first visit they don't told us that pre-filter is additional cost but in second visit service center person told this to us.
When we refused then he said that you need our service for 1 year how you are behaving.
See after spending Rs.16, 000/- on machine which was not installed on said time, I must get have a lesson on behave, !!
WOW!!! What a company and what a service!!.
I have sent following emails to [protected]@kent.co.in, [protected]@kent.co.in, gmail told me that these emails was not delivered.
