SSERIAL NO : KR[protected] CUSTOMER : P.MAHADEVAN MOBILE : [protected] DATE OF BUYING : 28/8/2013 Respected sir, My Ro's membrane is gone and I have reported to the service centre but they are not responding properly.Its already 15 days still there is no proper reply.Even if we try to contact them they are wantedly avoiding our call. So please ask them to provide service as soon as possible.we are suffering because of the water. I hope you will help us in solving this issue. Thank you.

      Cheating by M/s Pearl Infotech, Bangalore as no Warranty free service for Grant+

      Sir/Madam, I had lodged my complaint b4 this but no action so far. My kent Grand+ was 1st time installed on 6.11.13 by M/s Pearl Infotech Bangalore by charging Rs.350/- misusing the nomenclature as 'reinstallation' chgs. Further reg. pre filter they stated that kent prefilter not available anywhere and have fitted a prefilter which is worth Rs.700/- by charging Rs.2000. They have detached d warranty card w.o taking my sign. and...

      Dear Sir, I was almost forced to take AMC (paying Rs 2000/-). However, no terms and conditions were provided to me. Had I known that Filter etc are not covered then I would not have taken AMC. Further, had I known that that spare parts are so expensive I would not have bought KENT R.O. system. I want my money back of AMC purchased by me. regards Soma Mazumdar [protected] [protected]

        Hi, We purchased KENT RO GNAND + from Chroma last year in JUNE 2013. And exactly after one year (june2014) it’s all filter got damaged, and for replacement its coast around 4500 rs. MY question here is KENT RO maintenance this much HIGH?

        Received call from Kent Ro Hyd executive and after that received a call from GS techno (HYD kent Vendor). And after that there is no action.

        My Question with Kent team. it has been just one year and i spent 5000 rs on kent ro.

        Have to invest like that on kent each year?

        Please advise is that a reliable product?

          I have a MC for my Kent water purifier dated 27.7.13 model no is grand[protected]. During my MC period the filter of the machine was replaced with a new one but within ten months the filter was damaged along with the RO.when called for service the agent refuses to explain anything and behaves badly telling to talk at service centre.They claim no guarantee to a part they placed within a, c period.they have only one answer to get a new MC.

            I have purchased Kent RO Pearl model from Croma Vadodara. The draw back with the unit which cost around 16-17 thousand is that its not robust. Ants make their way to the water collection tank. There are so many grooves and openings in the system that ants even venture near the cartridges. So whats the use of advertising that drink pure water from Kent RO, when the units designed are faulty which allows ants to venture inside the water collection tank, so you think the water is even potable. You have to overcome this problem and make the unit such that its not accessible to ants etc. Let your design team do some work and lets see how soon they come out with a robust unit.

              service guy who came for service from WATER WORLD service station...He fitted all duplicate parts apart insead of origianl and he took full original parts amount..He dameged my water purifer fully..Now if i call him he use absued languages..and from that purifer everytime water is going waste which is really a big problem..(Person who viseted our place his name is MADHU his mob.no.is [protected])...I have hope from you that you will help to resolve this my problem...Thank you so much...(MY RECIPT NO.IS 840)

                WORST SERVICE. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AFTER PURCHASING KENT RO.

                In past we have purchased so many products even Kent RO in year 2010 in Punjab but never ever saw a worst service in my life.

                In future never ever purchase any Kent product. Thinking about vegetable purifier but NOW Big No to all KENT products.

                WHY so ???

                READ BELOW.

                I have purchased Kent Pearl on 2-June-2014 and till today 10-June-2014, I am not able to get drinking water from it.

                Worst service at Bareilly. I never saw such a bad service in my life.

                When I purchased machine and when first time I contacted service center then no one told us that pre-filter is add-on and after paying Rs.16, 000/- for RO I have to purchase pre-filter also.

                First time, installation time given was 6PM, 2-June-2014 but when I contacted service center then they told that machine will install at 8PM, 2-jun-2014, TELL ME IS 8PM IS TIME TO INSTALL MACHINE AT CUSTOMER RESIDENCE

                When person arrived then he told us that machine will install after 1 week, they are about to work 8 hours in a day and he showed us some card in where difference in date of purchase and date of installation for other customer is 1 week . When I asked about pre-filter he said that he forgot to bring that.

                When I contacted service center then person on phone said that ever you have seen pre-filter.

                I sent email to [protected]@kentrosystems.com and Mr. Tyagi contacted me on 3-Jun-2014, morning on phone, I told them all details and even he did not told us that pre-filter is additional purchase but he assured us that machine will install at time convenient to us.

                Now today after 1 week, 10-Jun-2014, when I again contacted service center then I told them to install machine at 4PM but at 4PM the person who arrived first time gave us a call from service center and asking us address again .

                He arrived at 5:30PM and then pipes which are provided with machine does not work with our already working pre-filter.We said that we will not install machine without pre-filter. He told us to purchase pre-filter at cost of Rs1250/-. In first visit they don't told us that pre-filter is additional cost but in second visit service center person told this to us.

                When we refused then he said that you need our service for 1 year how you are behaving.

                See after spending Rs.16, 000/- on machine which was not installed on said time, I must get have a lesson on behave, !!
                WOW!!! What a company and what a service!!.

                Finally machine get installed on 10-Jun-2014 but without pre-filter. For pre-filter I have received promise to install on next day but next day market is closed because of weekly off so when I contacted service person he received phone call with lot of disturbance in call and cut the call in between and switch off the phone. When I contacted service manager Mr. Tyagi then he explained me the reason for switching off the phone by service person - reasons are - may be battery is low or phone dropped somewhere, I replied ok no problem. He asked me why I was calling him so I told him about installing pre-filter then he told me that service person call me next day and I requested him to call after 10 AM. On next day means today, 13-Jun-2014, I wait for his call till 11:55AM and then try to contact Mr. Tyagi, his phone is busy for continues 15 mins and then when phone rings for 3 times he just disconnected the call and again phone was on busy tone.

                SO I tried to contact Service head Mr. Rao and there I was connected with Madam and I informed all and even share my feedback to her. I informed her that now I will solve pre-filter problem myself and I do not want to talk anyone in service center nor to their service manager.

                When Mr. Tyagi visited my house then he asked for my email id to sent prices of all accessories and filter in pdf but there was no email from him till today. He visited our house on 11-Jun-2014.

                Today, 13-Jun-2014, I solved pre-filter problem by my own.

                1- When you are selling Kent RO machine online then why you are not selling spare parts and accessories online ?

                2- You know best about your product then why you contract out service center. I suggest you to open may be just one service center in state but Please open company's own service center and provide best service may be after 4-5 days.

                I have purchased KENT SUER + RO from sr no KR[protected] from Jai Mata Electrovision, Rani Bazar, Bikaner on 28.07.12.
                The RO is out of order and in the warranty period.
                The dealers response is not positive.

Complaint details:- For long time about two months machine isn't working, many times I complaint the above dealer and after long time they inspected and they said SMPS of the said machine is is in problem and it is to be replaced, The machine is under warranty period but they don't give any service regarding this and machine is till now not working and i face problem. Please solve regarding this.

                      We have paid nearly 2500rupees in two weeks for the engineer to repair our machine, but he is not fixing all the problems at atime and taking more money from us.Sometimes he is not getting all the errors in it.We are fed up with them so please report our complaint.

                          On their website "http://www.kent.co.in/Online-Store", they are showing "Free installation and delivery across India".

                          I have bought a KENT Grand+ Mineral RO, and not able to get FREE INSTALLATION. and also the PAID staff of various ZONES are asking for various amount for addition pre-filters (along-with) the INSTALLATION FEES (Which is going to cost me around 1900/- in whole), and this cost is in addition to the ORIGINAL COST of this Purifier (Rs.17, 500/-), which is already much higher from AQUAGUARD and other same function purifiers available in the market.

                          Either I want the Free Installation along-with all Pre Filter etc. or I want to go to the consumer Court.

                            Complaint no 40772 was lodged on 31.5.14 but till 3.6.14 there was no response. We had to buy water bottles worth Rs 1000/- from market.finding no Alternative, the defect was got rectified from private engineer after paying service charges.Pl take strong action against erring staff of company.

                              Sir,
                              i brought KENT RO six month ago from SHANKER TRADES NAJAFGARH NEW DELHI. I Registered complaint on 22nd may for servicing since the tank over following. The serviceman said the company will not give new sensor but they can provide a repair sensor. Repaired, so i didn't use the repaired sensor. on 31st may i called again service center for a new sensor. Today engineer came to my house and again he pride to installed a repaired sensor.
                              I m sending you some photo of the repaired sensor that engineer brought with sensor.After that i didn't ask him to install it.Later i talked with area incharge but i still didn't receive any satisfactory reply.
                              please look into this situation and provide new sensor as soon as possible.
                              i have been facing having problem last 15 days and i need u to send a new sealed sensor otherwise i will report this issue...

                                NOW, I CANT REVIEW THE PRODUCT BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE A CAPABLESERVICE DEVLIVERY SETUP THAT CAN INSTALL THE PRODCUT FOR PUTTING IT INTO USE<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> Bought Kent supreme through ebay.in on 02 April 2014. The product is genuine &amp; was received in good condition – even as per KENT service guys. Got it delivered on 9th April; managed to find the proper installation request telephone number few days later; was asked to email the details, so sent them on April16th. Below is the copy of my email to KENT rep on April’29 2014. Even today, 03 June 2014 the product still hangs as a decorative piece in my kitchen!! Myself &amp; my family are totally frustrated even before using the product. I had requested for installation on April 16, 2014. But the 15, 000 I spent on this product is still sitting idle. Wondering what kind of service is this? They were not even able to get a guy on promised time to complete an installation that would not have taken an hour. Then they sent an in-experienced guy yesterday who took 4long hours and managed to mess up the board. Now, I have been told that they will replace the board. I don’t think we have the time &amp; patience to struggle with these guys for coming years for a "water filter"!! Not sure how seriously is this being considered for such delays even to install it, then they mess up the filter. I just ordered a water filter so that I can provide a safer drinking water to my family. Now I’m in a complete mess created by irresponsible &amp;insensitive service guys. I would have accepted the part replacement if the board failed while in use, but not for something that happened during installation. I need the product to be replaced. If not, you can take the product back, I would be relieved of my headache in dealing with these people. I now feel, the Bottled water was hassle free if not safer.. I have brought this issue so that you would put an end to all the fiasco that is happening around and get an amicable solution. Someone takes a life’s hard work to build a brand while some effortlessly brings it down.                                   I have been Kent's customer for almost a year now. Few days back the Sediment Filter of my RO burst. The technician came and changed it with the new filter. But after that the water quality was still not good. Yesterday I again registered a complaint and today after technician checked the TDS it was more than 200. After checking he came to know that the membrane had some impurities. This came to me very surprising that why this inexperienced person did not check the Membrane at the time he changed the Filters. This kind of service from Kent is unacceptable.

                                    I purchased your kent ro because of your advertisment & quality assurance, but in last 3years i really find what you say & ensuring to the customer all looking false.As i have spent so, much money to maintain your kent box ( more than 25, 000) i dont understand it is problem of your poor parts or pethatic services, i just give you example of last year your authorised service provider Krish enterprise-Ahmedabad took Rs.10, 575 to just maintain your machine.every time he gives different excuses. i took contract of Rs.1, 500 on04/04/2013, same day he replaced Rs.2200 ro membarane175 frt, 12/06/2013 rs. 2400 for pump repair, Rs.350 carbon filter change, 31/01/2014 Rs.2500 r.o membrane & Rs.400 carbon filter & also added one filter out side of my.R.O Rs. 800 to save the filter of kents, then again he come to renew contract & he said that your membrane is not in working condition i.e today 24/05/2014 (total Rs.10, 575). he even not maintaing dates we have to call him then only he arrived, I dont understand that is it the company who was claiming in so much in advt. & the fact is that the parts of your ro system do not work properly even for 4months .when i have asked to krish people they were telling your water is not good. i just want to say him that dear thats why we are using RO. I have never expected this from one of the so called best purifier company of india ..

                                    It was not only poor spares, Poor customer service also still complaint is in under process..No body has made sincere approach to meet or talk we will talk with you i.e just one phone call i have received .

                                    Really i will never suggest this company to any body.

                                      I bought KENT RO grand+ in may 2012. It worked fine 2 years. About a month ago there was some problem. I called service center, after many days of waiting and constant calling, finally the repair man arrived. He didn't know what the exact problem was but eventually replaced the adapter worth rupees 935. The very next day I started observing condensation in the unit which meant leakage. I kept calling the service center again and finally the person turns up again. He says the membrane filter needs to be replaced worth 2500. He said that's the lifetime of the machine. I'm very disappointed I bought such an expensive purifier and now I'm being told that it doesn't last long. I feel cheated by KENT and also by the service man who doesn't clearly tell me the problem. Also most of the time I'm calling the phone is switched off or busy or goes unanswered.

                                      Another person from KENT came today (27 May) he says he's the authorized person and the previous person who came whose number was given to me when I bought the RO is not the authorized person. He said that the previous guy didn't have to change the adapter as there was nothing wrong with it and said the previous person wasn't qualified. Also saying that he is more qualified and therefore not only did he replace the RO membrane but also after he had replaced the membrane he charged 300 rupees extra for services. This extra charge he did not mention before installing the RO. Now I do not know why the second person who came from SAMPARK INDIA have to charge extra money while the previous person from KENT CARE did not. I am confused on whom to trust. I also think I should have opted for some other company. And I would advise people also to not opt for KENT at all.
