[Resolved] Kent RO — complaint regarding faulty machine | |||||
Sir, I have been using your machine - kent pride mro with serial no. Kr[protected] since five years freely after servicing it regularly as advised. But since one years my machine had stopped working in respect to ejecting filter water which has reduced to ejecting a drop/second despite getting it repaired many times at your service centres in gangtok, collegepara (Siliguri) and sevoke road (Siliguri) which has costed me around 8000/- after getting my complaint registered at you. Now its useless and not viable spending more on this machine anymore as it seems it have lost its cogency. As such, it is requested to kindly arrange for replacement of this machine without any delay in order to save any bad image and review for your brand. Was this information helpful? | |||||
