[Resolved] Kent RO — damage water supply system due to too bad handling at the time of installation

I have purchased one kent pearl on 04.05.2018 from e-zone and the person came to install the machine damage my water supply system very badly including the water supply of rooftop as because the person has very bad expertise on plumbing related work. It incurrs additional cost of approx rs 5000/-. I demand this rs 5000/- immediately for restoration of damage.

It is very much painful to state that KENT is hiving off them self from the misleading facts and try to shrug off responsibility on the basis of some misleading update from their franchisee. Is it the practice of KENT ? You are nothing but try to kill time and trying to wipe out the evidence of damage happened due to you. No such response yet to get and the same experience will be shared to other, if no response received with in seven days hence.
