Kindly treat this as formal complaint about the poor service rendered by your company on various occasion in the past. The most recent recent service which has not met with our expectations on 30th april 2018.
I have changed my flat from flat no. 3b, of 3rd floor to 4a of 4th floor in zubaida enclave, rahmat colony doranda ranchi 834002. I booked online for reinstalation of my ro in april 30, 2018.
Company has sent mr. Saghir ahmad on 30 april 2018. Who reinstalled my ro in haste. He didn't checked tds or connection etc as there was no power and it was 6:30 pm.
The taste of water is not good & there is a leakage in pipe in joint. Tds to be set which is not done by mr. Saghir.
I called mr. Saghir many a time but no response.
We are disappointed from the services rendered by your company.
Who will sort out my problem.

Kindly treat this as formal complaint about the poor service rendered by your company on various occasion in the past. The most recent recent service which has not met with our expectations on 30th April 2018.
I Suhail Akhter have changed my flat from Flat no. 3B, of 3rd floor to 4A of 4th floor in Zubaida enclave, Rahmat Colony Doranda RANCHI 834002.I booked online for reinstalation of my RO in April 30, 2018.
Company has sent Mr. SAGHIR AHMAD having his contract no. [protected] on 30 April 2018.who reinstalled my RO in haste. He didn't checked TDS or connection etc as there was no power and it was 6:30 pm.
The taste of water is not good & there is a leakage in pipe in joint. TDS to be set which is not done by Mr. Saghir.
I called Mr. SAGHIR many a time but no response.
We are disappointed from the services rendered by your company.
Who will sort out my problem.

    This is hari from. Chennai.
    We bought kent ro prime system and its just 1.5 years and the machine stops every one month.
    We have replaced all the parts and spent almost 9000 just after 1.5 years.
    Following were the parts replaced.
    1) all the filters
    2) membrane
    3) pump
    4) wiring
    And we are not getting proper response from customer service. We have got a faulty product and would like to know whom to raise this to in kent

      Guys,

      Here is the issue

      First time : they replaced filters. Service executive said it can be runned for some more time. After 15 days 2nd complaint raised.

      Second time : same guy came for r/o filter change and charged for replacing. After few days setting was not done properly again complain raised.

      Third time : made couple of setting and left without any charge.. He said no issues will be occured going fwd. Again same issue is happening.

      Fourth time : complaint raised. Now different guy name as sms. Called him, he was saying he will attend in next 1.5 hr or tomm.

      Overall conclusion kent why you guys are spending lot of money in advertisements... Spend some decent money in hiring good and knowledgeable executives

        Sir do your service providers wants to do servicing or they damage the machine. And no one responding well. They were asking only one thing andthatbis change the filters. First person came for 2 nd servicing told us that filters have 1yr warranty, 3 rd time person came on 9th may 2018 told filters have 6 month warranty and scene was lady who call me for conformation of serviciotold me filters have 3 month warranty.
        So whom. Do we believe.

          I have taken an AMC NON-COMPREHENSIVE AMC (ELITE-2), from the Metro service center which has its office in Boravli. They were recommended by Kent customer care operator[protected].

          I have been trying to contact the Metro services person for since 30th April, but they are not taking the call (Naresh- [protected]).
          Had call the service desk number on 5th May and spoke to Amit, who had assured me that someone would come on 7th May to resolve the issue. Today also I called the customer care at around 10:00 I spoke to Gaurav, who told me that someone would come to repair the RO.

          I am still waiting for some kind of an action from your end on this. This is getting really frustrating now. There is far too much time that I have had to waste, trying to get a person to fix my RO, after taking the premium AMC contract, which has broken my trust on Kent.

            I have a kent ro purifier. I called service engineer on[protected] for regular service as water taste was not good but after testing, engineer informed me that ro's membrane filter is not working. This was shocking as i got membrane filter replaced on[protected] by paying inr 2700. After just 3 months as soon as warranty period expires, membrane stopped working again. We used to trust the brand and call service engineer regularly for service, but this kind of faults in kent products makes me suspicious. I am not sure since when ro membrane is nor working (As i got to know about this once the engineer informed me) and hence it jeopardize my and my family's health.
            Trusting the brand i would expect that the membrane should be replaced as soon as possible without any extra cost.

            It is so annoying that every monthly we are facing problem . We are spending 6-7000 every month after amc. One or the other part is having problem. I would like to take this issue future to senior department.

            I posted my complaint related to fault in membrane filter but I have not gotten any resolution yet instead of your assurances. In the reply to my complaint it was suggested to call to customer care and I did the same . But every time I call customer care they send a new engineer to identify the fault, in-spite of the fact that fault has already been identified and the only solution is to replace the membrane filter.
            As already mentioned my concern here is the frequency in which RO's parts get faulty due to which I have already wasted too much money.I got RO membrane replaced on[protected] which comes with 3 months of warranty, however Kent team assured me that owing to the already good water supply quality (TDS 130 in supply water), membrane will work for at least one year.But when kent engineer came for routine service on 6th May, he confirmed that filter is faulty.This was shocking, as I presumed Kent as a trustworthy brand and was assure that I and my family is drinking safe water using Kent RO. But this is not true .Just after the warranty period expired my RO stopped filtering. I have already wasted so much money on AMCs and getting filters changed every time that I could have bought a new RO using that amount.
            Kindly get membrane Filter replaced free of cost as its a breech of trust that components of so called the best RO purifier doesn't last for even 3 months. Soliciting an effective reply from your side .

              I bought most expensive ro - 19000/ six months back in chennai.
              1st may, i relocated my house within chennai. I have submitted 3 requests on 3 different dates since then... No re-installation!!!

              Most horrible service.

              Every time they will say that it will be done in 24 hours but on neither of the three occasions - it was done.

              Kent ro - gives no service.
              Should have tried aquaguard — they are better in service.

              My Kent RO failed repeatedly, no proper response from the service center. it costed heavy maintenance, i regret buying it now.
              no action from the company after repeated complaints, do not buy kent.

                Hi there,
                We have been using kent ro for nearly 4 years and always recommended it to several people. This year in february, we took amc (₹6500) from apex service centre which is based at laxmi nagar, east delhi (Invoice no: 9214). This was suggested by your helpline number when we asked for techcian visit to fix the fault.

                There services are appalling and we have been continuously facing difficulty with the services. They don't address the issue efficiently and when u call them again, they are very rude. Since we took amc, this is 9th time ro developed malfunctioning.

                Yesterday (5th may) technician told us that smpc is faulty then he installed local smpc.. I asked him for kent's smps only then i had word with their manager (Mr. Akshay) and he ensures me to send the same guy again today (Sunday, 6th may) to install kent smps.

                I waited for technician until 3 pm then called them. Mr. Akshay was very rude and he abruptly turned down the request. He said, "we're out of stock". I have been devastated now and considering ti take this matter to consumer court now.

                I hope u will address this concern and i will wait for ur reply. If i don't hear anything back within 72 hours then i will be bound to take legal action.

                  damage water supply system due to too bad handling at the time of installation

                  I have purchased one kent pearl on 04.05.2018 from e-zone and the person came to install the machine damage my water supply system very badly including the water supply of rooftop as because the person has very bad expertise on plumbing related work. It incurrs additional cost of approx rs 5000/-. I demand this rs 5000/- immediately for restoration of damage....

                  Please refer my service request no[protected]. I am kent ro since jun 2015. Every time after the servicing of the product there is some failure of the filters, which are not covered by amc. Twice it has happened that different engineers have quoted different amounts for repairing the same problem.

                  I have renewed my amc in april 2018. The machine became unserviceable with in 20 days. The engineer again said that some filter is us and cost of repair will be 3700.

                  It is not understandable why such poor quality filters are being provided.in last 03 years i have paid atleast 2.5 times the cost of machine towards repairs and amc.

                  You are requested to kindly look into the issue. I expect that quality of filters need to be improved so that it does not fail so often. There has to be some warranty period of the filters.

                  Presently i am not in agreement to pay for the filter immediately after amc. If it cannot e repaired free of cost i would like to discontinue with this product.

                    I renew my kent amc of 2000 every year and still pay around 3000 rs for filter and other parts.in spite of paying amc is any thing stops working in kent they ask for the extra money by saying this part is not covered under amc. They ask for extra plumbing charges also. I like to know list and price of all the component which are covered under amc as i feel kent is making us fool by forcing amc and then charging money on every visit

                      Kent has replaced motor/pump twice in a span of 3 yrs siting leakage & charged rs 5800 which is obnoxious.
                      On further 10th march, 2017 was the motor replaced to my shock when it is down i find the motor was a demonstration piece (Enclosed) & failed in short span of time. I complained as motor again started leaking & kent guy asked for rs 2800.

                      Repeated emails & reminders has no effect on the co neither are they escalating it to higher authorities.
                      It is shameful & poor customer service (Not even acknowledging) mails, cheating & only concerned about collecting money.

                      I have been following since march 2017 & have now abandoned writing them. I need resolution for their no response & free replacement of defective motor which was a demonstrative piece of which photo & details were emailed to them.

                        I bought kent maxx (Kr[protected]) uv + uf water purifier in april 2016. After 2 to 3 months of installation the machine started giving problems and i had to request for service to kent service centre, bilaspur for 5 to 6 times during the first year of purchase itself.

                        When i discussed the issue of machine having some manufacturing defect with the service guy he told me that the issues are very trivial and there is nothing to worry. I also tried approaching and elaborating the service engineer over phone who is looking after whole chattisgarh area last year.
                        But, to my dismay he told me that call log of all my complaints have not been maintained online by the service centre, bilaspur. Hence, it is not conclusive that the machine is having some manufacturing defect and assured that he will look into the issue personally and get the machine
                        Checked/rectified.

                        Subsequently, after expiry of the warranty period also the machine continued to malfunction every second month. But, now i lodge my complaints through
                        Centralized ivrs system/kent service app. The service guy who visited for repair/service suggested to me change the filters which i did on trust basis. Then he also suggested me to change the electronic ballast which may be causing the problem. I also changed the ballast on 5th february 2018. But again in 1st week of april 2018 my machine started giving beep/alarm. Now again from last one week there is leakage problem (Only after 15 days of last service) in my machine. Which i discussed with the service guy over telephone. He suggested me to lodge the complaint online. Which i did on 26th april 2018 through app (Case no. [protected]). But till date no one from service centre has came to resolve the issue for last two days and my machine is continuously leaking which may lead to permanent damage to the machine.

                        Yesterday evening after coming from office i came to know that no one has visited for service/repair even after lodging of complaint and assigning of service guy by the system. I got infuriated and called the service guy whose mobile no. Was messaged to me by kent. He told that i should talk to service centre owner as he is an employee
                        Only. I called the service centre owner also and he told that he will send someone on sunday i. E. Today (29th april 2018), to which i protested that how can they take the customer service so lightly in this competitive water purifier business. As i was highly frustrated by the turn of events, i also told him that i am no more interested in service and using kent purifier.

                        To height of my surprise the complaint lodged by me have been closed by service centre today and it is reflecting as closed in the app. I don't know how a service focused company (Which kent claims through it's advertisements) can afford to be so arrogant in this competitive market and survive. From my experience with kent machine and kent service i can very well say that kent is not at all customer focused and all it cares about to frequently change the spares of machine to increase it's revenue.

                        I have taken a very serious note of all these events and now due to my dissatisfaction, i have decided not to use kent water purifiers/products anymore in future. If required, i will also approach the consumer court
                        As last resort for my hard earned money.

                          We got kent water purified installed in bengaluru house. The installation guy convinced us to pay extra rs 6000 to take amc plan. He told that he will send the receipt by evening. Next week we found leakage inside the kent which has increased in next few weeks. After continuous follow up, neither they send us receipt nor they are sending anyone to check. Trying to get in touch with customer care now and will file police complaint for fraud if required.

                            Worst service. After we got kent auro we had multiple services and no one asked for paper as i was showing them warranty on kent app. Suddenly one day the technician refused to service and said he wants papers. I called customer service and they confirmed that my machine is under warranty. Even then my machine was not serviced.

                            Also before that the technician misguided that warranty is valid for 11 months 15 days and i have to pay rs 4000 for filters. If i did not decide to call customer service at that pt, he would have charged me rs. 4000 for filters!!

                            Now due to all these issues, my machine has moved out of warranty. Ridiculous service, why do you even have app if your technician does not believe the app and do not service.

                              Hi kent,

                              Being a reputed company, hiring a such stupid service engineer is it worth..??

                              This is the 3rd time i raised complaint against my device. Kent ro superb. Every time coming doing some temporary fix and charging 300 per visit..

                              Only for money is he creating such kind of prbm. Changed. Today again i raised a service request on my device it says high impurities in water.

                              Please contact me if you need in detail abt the prbm.

                                I have purchased kent ro plant on feb 2017.
                                Within one year i had problems twice. On nov 2017, it did not work.
                                They asked me to change all filters. I spent rs 1800.
                                Again on this april 9th, it did not work. They asked us to change the filter.
                                I spent rs 1300.

                                With in 17 days of the service, the tank is over flowing.
                                Service person demand money for service (With in 17 days) and also says it could be sensor or motor problem.

                                What at horrible product and service. Can some one help?

                                  I am mrs jhumur sen kar complain in kent ro service center of my kent ro machine on 20th april 2018 complain no [protected]. Otp genarated at 10 a. M on 20th april 2018. Same day mr. Debasish, mob no-[protected] contact me want otp whithout attain complain. But whithout service i deny. To give him otp. Next day my. Complain has been submitted for cancellation without my concern at 2.25 p. M. Then immediately i contact kent service center and told them whitout my concern how my complain submited for cancellalatio this totally froudulent work who done this. Then customer service apologies and they confirm me some tecnical person come to my house wthin 24 hours at 2.42 p. M. But nobody come last two days to solve my problem. But today 24th april 2018 at 12.41 p. M one message one message come in my registered mobile no my case is resolved. Pl give me feedback. Whitout doing any service, whitout send any technician, only telephonic conversion my case [protected] is resolved how it possible, this is totaly froudulent activity. My machine is now deactivate condition within one year warranty period if it is not ok within 24 hrs i complain to consumer durable arganisation and social media also. Your organisationnot giving me one year warranty free service how it possible 4 year free service. I am the member of consumrr durable complain asociation after this sicial media also know the reality. Thanks — [protected].

                                      I have logged a call for repair of Kent Maxx, the technician from Kent came and gave me an AMC saying I will change all filters including external filter and took Rs. 3000 saying that now there is shortage of spares from company side in 2-3 days I will come again and replace the same, now month have been passed the technician had not came and he took 3000 Rs. After giving a call to customer care, they are also not knowing the person who they have send to repair... Customer care said that in coming 24 Hrs. your issue will be resolved but now 48 Hrs. has been passed no one has responded from kent..
