I bought kent maxx (Kr[protected]) uv + uf water purifier in april 2016. After 2 to 3 months of installation the machine started giving problems and i had to request for service to kent service centre, bilaspur for 5 to 6 times during the first year of purchase itself.
When i discussed the issue of machine having some manufacturing defect with the service guy he told me that the issues are very trivial and there is nothing to worry. I also tried approaching and elaborating the service engineer over phone who is looking after whole chattisgarh area last year.
But, to my dismay he told me that call log of all my complaints have not been maintained online by the service centre, bilaspur. Hence, it is not conclusive that the machine is having some manufacturing defect and assured that he will look into the issue personally and get the machine
Checked/rectified.
Subsequently, after expiry of the warranty period also the machine continued to malfunction every second month. But, now i lodge my complaints through
Centralized ivrs system/kent service app. The service guy who visited for repair/service suggested to me change the filters which i did on trust basis. Then he also suggested me to change the electronic ballast which may be causing the problem. I also changed the ballast on 5th february 2018. But again in 1st week of april 2018 my machine started giving beep/alarm. Now again from last one week there is leakage problem (Only after 15 days of last service) in my machine. Which i discussed with the service guy over telephone. He suggested me to lodge the complaint online. Which i did on 26th april 2018 through app (Case no. [protected]). But till date no one from service centre has came to resolve the issue for last two days and my machine is continuously leaking which may lead to permanent damage to the machine.
Yesterday evening after coming from office i came to know that no one has visited for service/repair even after lodging of complaint and assigning of service guy by the system. I got infuriated and called the service guy whose mobile no. Was messaged to me by kent. He told that i should talk to service centre owner as he is an employee
Only. I called the service centre owner also and he told that he will send someone on sunday i. E. Today (29th april 2018), to which i protested that how can they take the customer service so lightly in this competitive water purifier business. As i was highly frustrated by the turn of events, i also told him that i am no more interested in service and using kent purifier.
To height of my surprise the complaint lodged by me have been closed by service centre today and it is reflecting as closed in the app. I don't know how a service focused company (Which kent claims through it's advertisements) can afford to be so arrogant in this competitive market and survive. From my experience with kent machine and kent service i can very well say that kent is not at all customer focused and all it cares about to frequently change the spares of machine to increase it's revenue.
I have taken a very serious note of all these events and now due to my dissatisfaction, i have decided not to use kent water purifiers/products anymore in future. If required, i will also approach the consumer court
As last resort for my hard earned money.

Kindly treat this as formal complaint about the poor service rendered by your company on various occasion in the past. The most recent recent service which has not met with our expectations on 30th April 2018.
I Suhail Akhter have changed my flat from Flat no. 3B, of 3rd floor to 4A of 4th floor in Zubaida enclave, Rahmat Colony Doranda RANCHI 834002.I booked online for reinstalation of my RO in April 30, 2018.
Company has sent Mr. SAGHIR AHMAD having his contract no. [protected] on 30 April 2018.who reinstalled my RO in haste. He didn't checked TDS or connection etc as there was no power and it was 6:30 pm.
The taste of water is not good & there is a leakage in pipe in joint. TDS to be set which is not done by Mr. Saghir.
I called Mr. SAGHIR many a time but no response.
We are disappointed from the services rendered by your company.
Who will sort out my problem.
To resolve the problem, we would appreciate your actions.
