I have ordered kent new grand 8-litres wall-mountable ro + uv+ uf +tds (White) 20 litre/hr water purifier (With serial number. Kr[protected]) on 08.06.2020 in amazon site. For new product installation your technical engineer (Sakhunthala rao from ss enterprises) attend and installed the product with installation of rs.1000/- extra collected from me on 17.06.2020 (One outer filter suggested and charged 800/-for this and 200/- for installation charges) But with in one hour it has came sensor problem and informed technical engineer also immediately. But he said iam out of station raise the ticket, then i have raised ticket on 19.06.2020, 09.07.2020 and. But every time i raised ticket but it has been cancelled. But finally on 27.07.2020 techical engineer came and solved the sensor problem. But after 4 days machine is not working. So again i raised ticket then allotted to sakhuntala rao but he is not attending since 10 days and his mobile is also switch off. Actually because of covid-19 i have decided to buy water purifier, so i checked with my friends and also online survey finally i have decided to buy kent. Even after two months product is not working and i am going outside for drinking water same as earlier. So i request you to take my complaint and solve my problem immediately.
