[Resolved] Kent RO — Delay in installation by technician | |||||
I had bought kent maxx water purifier on 10 july 2016. Cutomer care of company told that tehnician will be calling and visiting for installation in 24 hours. I did not get a single call for 2 days. I had raised urgent request for 2 days, but the response was same. Till now no one has called me. After multiple complaints, they send me no. Of technician whose number was always switched off. Somehow i got the number of local agent for installation. They promised to send technician as soon as possible. But no response till now. I have shifted to a new house. Surviving on bisleri now.
