[Resolved] Kent RO — duplicate filter membrane, overcharging | |
A technician from your franchise apex - deepanshu came to attend the complaint certified by kent. He changed one filter membrane, 2 filter sediment and replaced carbon. Showed me original parts but did not install the original membrane, which i later discovered after checking on amazon. Also he charged rs. 2750 for the fm, which is for 2500. Carbon is for 300 but costed me 500. I have been cheated by your representative. If such a big company like yours cannot ensure that your employees do not cheat your customers then what is the point in choosing a brand. This is very wrong and reflects very badly on your organisation. This needs to be rectified immediately and i need the original filter membrane replaced and my extra money refunded.
