[Resolved] Kent RO — electric kettle | |
We purchased electric kettle from amazon in first week of september 2019 but within a week kettle stops working due to heating coil issues. After contacting local kent service center they offered us replacement as product was in warranty period. We contacted local center several times but they kept saying they have completed their process of sending replacement request to company and sales manager will look into this. Even after 2 months we haven't received replacement product as kent sales manager in our area not willing to look into this issue.
