[Resolved] Kent RO — Faulty Product from Kent Water Purifier | |||||
Hello, I have purchased Kent 7L - Ace Mineral RO technology Water Purifier from online store Snapdeal.com and seller of product is Fairdeals, Lubhiana, Punjab for Rs. 14599 Invoice No.S92B5D/15-16/828 on 20.10.2015. Since then we have been taking Service from Kent Authorized service centers in Hyderabad & every time we have to ask them to visit for Service & after doing the Service they always ask to change one or the other parts of the machine. Very Strange that all of the water purifier parts of the device except body has been replaced till now in frequent services. Such a Pathetic product is given by the company and because of this product, my entire family is suffering. My kid who is 6 months old has gone through fever and skin diseases more occasionally after consuming the water from this purifier which is frustrating. Please try to replace the machine / or pay back the amount purchased for this product or will go to Consumer Forum for Customer Grievance & mental torture. Not sure how it's resolved when no one from Kent team has contacted me or even look at the device...pathetic...now the time has come to visit consumer court
