Kent RO — Fraud by authorised service centre - thane - venus enterprises

I have taken AMC paying Rs 2000 .During period, it had some problem ( I am told it is in pump ) in RO machine .I am told, it is to be replaced .But, they are replacing the same with old repaired motor, by saying that, they will give warrenty of 1 year on this .Hence, I had no choice to get the the money paid towards AMC returned back. While I have confirmed from customer care, they have told me that the motor to be changed as new . Date of incident - 12 or 13.1.2016 . While, I have said that I will escalate to seniors of Kent, they do not show any fear as it seems the modusoperandi known to all the officials.
