SIR, I brought kent ro 5 months ago for Rs.17000 for water purification as the water of borewell is very hard but now i noticed that the purification process wasn't working from the start and my family has been consuming the same hardwater and wasting electricity to pure the water which has been the cause of Many diseses and when i contact the company they didn't respond in kind now i request to return the product

    I have purchased a Kent RO Supreme 2 years back. There has been continuous complaint since then. Till the time product was in warranty period, kent people kept on insisting that it's just water problem and this would not happen again. They even assured to change the machine if required.Bbut as soon as the warranty period passed they completely left the issues unattended. Now every 15 days I have to call Kent customer care and complaint. I have taken an AMC still they manage to charge me for some parts every now and then. I need a permanent resolution to my complaint

      I had registered a complaint for a routine check...the agent came and asked for replacememt of some machine parts...he replaced them and now the parts are recognised as non-kent parts...the machine is facing problems since then...i need a check over it as soon as possible

        Respected Sir/Madame Sorry to say but I'm very unsatisfied with urs product never recommend to buy anyone KENT. I buy Kent Gem Mineral RO Water purified serial no KR[protected] Installation date 7 July 2015 past 5-6 months I have seen lot of problem this product every month my complaint registered every time new technician came and tell machine has this problem or that problem I am fedup with Kent same time in my another flat I applied AQUAGURD never gave any single problem If Kent is under warranty then why technician came and tell u hv to buy this part or that part now this is not working ... Hope u concieder my problem and check machine buy under name of Tarun chhabra. Thanks

Last time it was some issue and the service engg replaced the chip, now also i am facing the issue. I want to replace this and give me a new one else i am thinking to file a consumer case.

                Dear sir, i have purchase Kent grand + in apr 2015 but till date it is not working properly almost every week its has some issue. your service staff has changed many parts, have charge me for it ( it is in warranty period) but still it has no improvement. please arrange to resolve it. my mob no [protected], [protected]

                I have 2 calls from kent, one person on date 5 jan said we will refund your money after till date nothing happen. second person anuj srivastav mob no [protected] call and say we will not refund but we can replace it, then till date no reply no response from this person now when i calling him he his not even pick my phone.

                i don't how kent become big brand with this type of costumer service.

                  I have requested for TDS check and free services on 23 dec. My complaint was registered with reference no [protected]. Upon which one person contacted me and asked for rs 327 for free service. Again I requested for the same with customer care with reference no [protected] on 29 dec. Again same person contacted me and asked for rs 327 for free service. Though my machine is under warranty. In spite of repeated request no one came for service of machine. Bad experience so far. I am thinking on other options to claim my hard earned money and time

                    I have Kent RO nM/C o purchased through their authorised dealer M/S Smita Medical store Nanded, Maharashatra State. We have very much upset with the service support as well as repetadly problems with the M/c and every time service engg. advised to replace new parts which are very expencive. The most funny thing is these parts are not working exactly after complition of one year means warranty period over. Second thing is when we replace one parts within week or next week definatly second part will be failiver and again the working of RO kent stop, For new parts supplier offer only 3 months waarranty, once you replace second part within few days third part be failiver and again the same story told by the engg and ask to replace it with very huge cost. its process take 3 moths then warranty of 1 st replacement once over & it get failiver .Over all expences for all thses spare parts for three months is around 2500 to 3000 with extra service charges . Kent Ro was purchased at the cost of 16500 & yearly expences is around 10000 to 12000/ When i discussed with the service engg why this happen again & again they have not answerd. Its day light robbery by the company & his distubuter. pls suggest & take immidiate action against them.

                        Whenever my Kent to is having issues I m calling customer care. The service person is coming suggesting for part replacement and I do not know but some other part is getting damaged. Last few months I got it serviced for two times and around 1500 ...2 k bill I have paid each time. Such a poor service. I m thinking of lodging complaints with consumer court now.

                          I have purchased a Kent RO Grand Plus from one of your authorized distributor MITTAL ELECTRONICS 2K, G.T. ROAD, Kotrung, Uttarpara, Hooghly, W.B.having mob no.[protected]/ph.no[protected] on dated 02/02/2013.From the very begining it was giving problem .IN WARRANTY PERIOD (1 year) I made complains 5 times(excluding normal service scheduled) .Technicians came and changed R.O, filter etc. After warranty, so many times filters (iron as well as sediment) are changed. problem occurred again on Aug of this yr. .I called in a tech.named Kamal Nath (A tech. of Chandannagar service centre). He informed that RO membrane, sediment filter and Head required to be changed and as a customer I had no other way to replace the all. UV lamp also not glowing .Is their no protection ckt.? Few days back the same tech.came for servicing. Next day we observed that m/c is giving an unwanted sound. Immediately I call him. He declared that the Pump is not working. I have to purchase a new pump.This is highly ridiculous and pathetic.I'm really disappointrd .How a motor can be damaged within 2-3 years ? Why not I will get a new pump, while it is only less than 3 yrs.old .At least 5 years warranty should be given for PUMP. How we can rely on such a emergency product which gives trouble again & again, compel to expense in every interval of time. With my bitter experience I will suggest everybody not to buy this m/c.My request to the company Heads- Be careful about social media & this kind of customer dissatisfaction/frustrations which will kill the brand image within no time & will vanish for ever in the market !!! Think In Otherwise its an alarming situation for KENT to loose reputation & market share drastically very fast in near future. S.P. chatterjee

                            Sir we have installed kent ro ser no KR[protected] kent elite at HQ 137 works engineers (Army unit) at dimapur Rangapahar military station.. The same was installed on 30 april 2015. Your product is not working since last 3 to 4 months. There are number of complaints lodged at service centre dimapur, but they are not attending the complaints. We are the largest consumer in dimapur state being army institution. Please look into the complaint very seriously otherwise complaint will be lodged through consumer court. Also intimated that, your product will not recommend for any army unit infuture. Please attend the complaint immediatly.

                                We have an AMC for last 6 months. For last two weeks the water purifier is not working. I'm calling the agent (Raindrops Services, Bangalore). They keep lying that "technician will go today", but he has not yet come. This is in spite of the fact I've been calling them everyday. KENT is a FRAUD company having fraud agents for servicing!!!

                                  Hi, I had requested for a service for my Kent Purifier yesterday. The service person has not given me any copy of service receipt. when we asked for it he said he doesn't carry it. The bill amount was 2100 which includes service charges, change of 2 filters and adapter. I called him in the morning again asking for same but after waiting for full day i have not yet received any response. As per my knowledge the payment receipt should be given at the same time but kent service person has failed to do so. The name of the person was Venkat.Please look into this. And honestly i am not even satisfied with the service. The leakage for which we have called the person is still there. This is something not expected from KENT. Thanks A customer Monika

                                    Hi I have bought Kent Ultra Water Purifier from Snapdeal and my order ID is [protected] and suborder id is [protected] on dated 19th October. My invoice number is 888341/15-16/O-5300 and received order from Snapdeal within 10 days. First time I contacted the customer care on 8th of November. Then they rejected my request saying that my phone is out of reach. Again I raised the request second time, same thing happen to me that my service request rejected by engineering saying that my phone is out of reach. I have provided 2 other numbers then also they did not responded. I have again contacted the customer care again again they told me that your request on high priority and solved earliest. 4 times request rejected for me. Then i started raising request from other phone then also they rejected my request of installton 4 times saying that phone is out of reach. Total 8 times i have contacted them then also no installation done for me. Then i have installed from outside vendor.

                                      Product Model No. 11022. Bought online vide Invoice No. S3C18F/15-16/1815 Invoice date 12 Oct 2015. Snapdeal delivered on 25 Oct 2015. Since then machine could not be used. Machine is not getting on when Power button pressed after connecting to wall socket and switched on. Complained to Kent on phone. SMS came from Kent "Your Case ID WB/1031007 on 31.10.15 assigned to Piyash Engineering Works, Nabin Chandra Lane, Kolkata." Waited 4 days nobody came. Called Piyash Eng Wks, they said they will not come /service as they will not get payment. Informed Kent, Piyash Eng will not service and booked again. They sent sms "your case id WB/1105002 on 5.11.15 allotted to Piyash..." Again called Piyash and they said same they will not attend as they will not payment. Phoned Kent and told everything about Piyash, they booked again. SMS came same as before "Your Case ID WB/1109001 on 9.11.15 Allotted to Piyash..." It became clear KENT's attitude. Though they gave 3 different Case IDs but intention was same, to ignore. Sent mail, no reply no sms either. I even asked for free demonstration on their website but also failed, nobody came. Now last resort Consumer Complaint. My desirable resolution is either they make it functional (gets on when switched on) or they refund the money Rs 5000. In case they service then one year warranty has to be from the date serviced.

                                        I had purchased Kent ULTRA UV water purifier on[protected] KA[protected]. Since then post warranty period, I had regularly get the AMC contract done and replaced filters on regular interval. But recently since last 3, 4 service, it is not done properly. Within 5 mins technician cleanse the filter without putting much effort. I had stated that the flow is not proper as it used to be, I had got changed both the filters on July2015 and within 6 months they are asking to change it. Whats the use of getting the AMC done then. I have AMC contract till Sep2016. Request you to kindly assist and if the service goes on this way then I might have to look for another options. If required, I can share the scanned copies of purchase bill and AMC copies.
