I have purchased a Kent RO Grand Plus from one of your authorized distributor MITTAL ELECTRONICS 2K, G.T. ROAD, Kotrung, Uttarpara, Hooghly, W.B.having mob no.[protected]/ph.no[protected] on dated 02/02/2013.From the very begining it was giving problem .IN WARRANTY PERIOD (1 year) I made complains 5 times(excluding normal service scheduled) .Technicians came and changed R.O, filter etc. After warranty, so many times filters (iron as well as sediment) are changed. problem occurred again on Aug of this yr. .I called in a tech.named Kamal Nath (A tech. of Chandannagar service centre). He informed that RO membrane, sediment filter and Head required to be changed and as a customer I had no other way to replace the all. UV lamp also not glowing .Is their no protection ckt.? Few days back the same tech.came for servicing. Next day we observed that m/c is giving an unwanted sound. Immediately I call him. He declared that the Pump is not working. I have to purchase a new pump.This is highly ridiculous and pathetic.I'm really disappointrd .How a motor can be damaged within 2-3 years ? Why not I will get a new pump, while it is only less than 3 yrs.old .At least 5 years warranty should be given for PUMP. How we can rely on such a emergency product which gives trouble again & again, compel to expense in every interval of time. With my bitter experience I will suggest everybody not to buy this m/c.My request to the company Heads- Be careful about social media & this kind of customer dissatisfaction/frustrations which will kill the brand image within no time & will vanish for ever in the market !!! Think In Otherwise its an alarming situation for KENT to loose reputation & market share drastically very fast in near future.
