Dear sir/madam service engineer has visited on 19/11/2016 on my complaint and without seeing the machine he told that memron is not working. You have to replace the memron. I have bought the machine before 14 month and how come memron can be damaged in just 14 months. He said that if you add tablet to filter which has been placed prior to memron than life of the memron will be increased by 2 years. He has to do this when he came to install machine.

    Purchased Kent RO EXcel plus vide order No. NDD2638974 on 29/12/2015 from askmebazaar.com. The Kent Company packed box did not contain hydro static water storage container, an essential part and partial of Kent RO Excel plus. My request for return and refund is not being acceded by askmebazaar.com Complaint No.QRC7848

    Shared contact details at [protected]@kent.co.in. Deeply sorry to say that the Company did not pay any heed to my grievance. So bad a situation. Will have to institute a legal action against the Company for cheating the consumers for not supplying complete Excell Plus RO System in its box.
    Let Kent RO Systems Ltd. say that it will put in market a complete box containing all essential parts of Excell Plus RO System including storage tank so that no other consumer is put to harassment by askmebazaar.com or any other seller by selling Kent RO Excell Plus without the storage tank. Whether the Company has any solution for my grievance as askmebazaar.com has gone deaf ears to my grievance. Please do reply.

      Had lodged a complaint for RO not purifying the water, complained was attended by an engineer who changed the SV but the SV that was changed was an refurbished one with a note on top stating Guarantee till 11/2016, today is Jan/2016 my query is what is the policy for AMC do you guys put refurbished stuff. When I asked the engineer he said why do you worry sir you have AMC. Secondly the engineer who came took a screw from my RO and he was so irate and I'll behaved please check you have better technicians and they do not bring bad name to the company.

      Another thing to add is the technician had mentioned in Kent that he had checked the TDS value of the water which is a complete false, he did not check the TDS not sure why you have so rogue and con technicians ???

        Dear executive, I lodged a complaint for the Kent pride purifier . complaint no. [protected] on 6.1.2016. Till date there has been no visit from anyone from Kent and we are forced to drink tap water. Even after calling everyday and putting reminder, there is no visit.           I have taken AMC paying Rs 2000 .During period, it had some problem ( I am told it is in pump ) in RO machine .I am told, it is to be replaced .But, they are replacing the same with old repaired motor, by saying that, they will give warrenty of 1 year on this .Hence, I had no choice to get the the money paid towards AMC returned back. While I have confirmed from customer care, they have told me that the motor to be changed as new . Date...

            Dear sir / madam I, Dr. Mahesh Kumar, scientist of Dr Kalam Agricultural College Kishanganj, purchased four Kent R O in the month of November, 2015 under name of Associate Dean Cum Principal, D.K.A.C Kishanganj, Bihar. Two Kent RO is not working after two month of its installation. Regarding this issue I have approach customer care several times, none of them responding anything.               Dear Concern, I have buy a new Kent Ro from Army canteen Chandigarh in June 2015. I am residing in Kurali. After Three month it's service is due. So I called On Mention no on Ro[protected], [protected]) nobody bother my call. A person is picking a call take a address and said or boy will come today in afternoon and you have to pay a100 rs for petrol I said OK no issue. but nobody come. After few days i again called but nobody bother every time they gave me excuses. It's more than three month my service is due till time. Are you not giving any free service to Army family's???? Your sales after service is very very pathetic. Once your product sold no body bother. Is Your only motive to sell a new one???? But who will cares for service???? If I will not get any solution I will goto consumer court against your company and will also complaint in Army department so that they will not sell your any product from your company in Army canteen.                 SIR, I brought kent ro 5 months ago for Rs.17000 for water purification as the water of borewell is very hard but now i noticed that the purification process wasn't working from the start and my family has been consuming the same hardwater and wasting electricity to pure the water which has been the cause of Many diseses and when i contact the company they didn't respond in kind now i request to return the product

                  I have purchased a Kent RO Supreme 2 years back. There has been continuous complaint since then. Till the time product was in warranty period, kent people kept on insisting that it's just water problem and this would not happen again. They even assured to change the machine if required.Bbut as soon as the warranty period passed they completely left the issues unattended. Now every 15 days I have to call Kent customer care and complaint. I have taken an AMC still they manage to charge me for some parts every now and then. I need a permanent resolution to my complaint

                    I had registered a complaint for a routine check...the agent came and asked for replacememt of some machine parts...he replaced them and now the parts are recognised as non-kent parts...the machine is facing problems since then...i need a check over it as soon as possible

                      Respected Sir/Madame Sorry to say but I'm very unsatisfied with urs product never recommend to buy anyone KENT. I buy Kent Gem Mineral RO Water purified serial no KR[protected] Installation date 7 July 2015 past 5-6 months I have seen lot of problem this product every month my complaint registered every time new technician came and tell machine has this problem or that problem I am fedup with Kent same time in my another flat I applied AQUAGURD never gave any single problem If Kent is under warranty then why technician came and tell u hv to buy this part or that part now this is not working ... Hope u concieder my problem and check machine buy under name of Tarun chhabra. Thanks

                              Dear sir, i have purchase Kent grand + in apr 2015 but till date it is not working properly almost every week its has some issue. your service staff has changed many parts, have charge me for it ( it is in warranty period) but still it has no improvement. please arrange to resolve it. my mob no [protected], [protected]

                              i don't how kent become big brand with this type of costumer service.

                                I have requested for TDS check and free services on 23 dec. My complaint was registered with reference no [protected]. Upon which one person contacted me and asked for rs 327 for free service. Again I requested for the same with customer care with reference no [protected] on 29 dec. Again same person contacted me and asked for rs 327 for free service. Though my machine is under warranty. In spite of repeated request no one came for service of machine. Bad experience so far. I am thinking on other options to claim my hard earned money and time

                                  I have Kent RO nM/C o purchased through their authorised dealer M/S Smita Medical store Nanded, Maharashatra State. We have very much upset with the service support as well as repetadly problems with the M/c and every time service engg. advised to replace new parts which are very expencive. The most funny thing is these parts are not working exactly after complition of one year means warranty period over. Second thing is when we replace one parts within week or next week definatly second part will be failiver and again the working of RO kent stop, For new parts supplier offer only 3 months waarranty, once you replace second part within few days third part be failiver and again the same story told by the engg and ask to replace it with very huge cost. its process take 3 moths then warranty of 1 st replacement once over & it get failiver .Over all expences for all thses spare parts for three months is around 2500 to 3000 with extra service charges . Kent Ro was purchased at the cost of 16500 & yearly expences is around 10000 to 12000/ When i discussed with the service engg why this happen again & again they have not answerd. Its day light robbery by the company & his distubuter. pls suggest & take immidiate action against them.

                                      Whenever my Kent to is having issues I m calling customer care. The service person is coming suggesting for part replacement and I do not know but some other part is getting damaged. Last few months I got it serviced for two times and around 1500 ...2 k bill I have paid each time. Such a poor service. I m thinking of lodging complaints with consumer court now.
