[Resolved]  Kent RO — Fraud Company and cheating with customers

This company is fraud and selling useless products in the market. I brought their RO filter one year ago.After finishing one year their technician asked me to take AMC for electrical parts which costs me 2.5k. In the next visit their technician told me that you have to change all filters which will costs you 5.4k as our product filter comes with one year warranty and that’s the one of the reason ur water TDS level is high and taste is not good. This is one of the mandatory requirements for changing the filter after expiry of one year. I would like to ask your company why this type of things are not disclosed in your product description and what’s the use of 4 years of free service when they are asking customer to spend 8k per year on running their product functionality properly. This is clear cheating with customer and selling this type of product which has life span of 1 year.
