We had requested for a service of our RO filter and a technician came to our house on 21st April 2022. He changed the filter and subsequently took Rs. 9499 from us for AMC. Subsequently the water purifier is not working properly, having sensor issues and tds is only 7. The other authorized service centers are not willing to adjust the tds controller because we have paid AMC and the original persons seems to be a fraud and is not reachable now.

More fraud people from Kent, they have a strange way of trying to provide the refund via Gpay using some voucher code and somehow convinced me to pay them another 9500 citing that it was indeed refund code and I ended up losing another 9500 rupees. Subsequently they coaxed me to transfer another 19000 rupees via same method and i disconnected the call. I have absolutely lost trust in the whole kent team and I don't want to lose another 19000 rupees. I think as other companies would do, they need to find some other way to return my 19000 if they are genuine. I haven't seen any other refund happening this way spuriously on gpay where I have to actually pay them with some strange code believing that it's a refund.

I received a call from Kent team this morning, and they mentioned I would get a refund of 9500. But, here is the catch. It will happen over a very novel method on Gpay. So I have to provide a upi ID to pay to and then provide some code which apparently will not deduct the money from my bank but will pay me back instead. Guess what! I lost another 9500 rupees paid from my gpay to some upi account. And the team Kent on the other end of the line were asking me to pay 19000 to get both my 9500 back and that's when I had the sense to drop off. I think it's an amazingly fraudulent team, and if they are indeed genuine, they should find some other regular way that other companies would to pay my 19000 back.

    I registered my complain on 9th may 2022 at around 1 pm. I requested for more than 10 timws for immediate resolution as water is not purifying. Next day again I requested by customer representative around 20 times, they were just promising. I waited whole day as there was scarcity of water and I was expecting to get it resolved same day.Second day also passed away. On 3rd day after calling to customer services, they assured for speedy action.Almost whole working day has passed and now I got a call from service engineer that he is very far away from my location so he come after 5 pm. And we know by 6 pm service window get closed. Kubdly advuce hoe to tolerate this kind if service.only promising and not executing within 48hrs TAT.Not acceptable from such a big organization Kent ro.

      My service agency is Tanvi enterprise Pathardi ...
      After 1 year filter shows change filter alarm ...so I contact Custer care for service,
      Tanvi enterprise Pathardi told that filter kit should be change...
      So I purchased a set of filter kit from Online from Amazon...

      Then I call for service ...to customer care ...then Tanvi enterprise Pathardi ...our service agency came and told us filter kit from Amazon is not not accept...

      Tanvi enterprise Pathardi rejecte our service.

      My question is if Online filter from Amazon has service warranty and eligible for service ...then online filter kit from Amazon is not acceptable for service...

          I have changed my filters and membrane around a month ago and now they are not working and ro water is blocked.I paid 3500 for them and they are in three months warranty. I am complaining at kent service centre since three days to replace them but no one is changing our filters. Such a bad experience from kent!! Cheap filters which can't even last for a month.Total wastage of money!! If they can't change filters then what is the use of them being in warranty i can't understand. Never expected this kind of service. Are we fool who will pay around 4000 every three month ?

            I have complained that my Kent pride plus RO is not working and I made a service request through a kent app. The problem is it's been a week no one visit my home and repair my machine. Today got a call from your executive, what he's said this is not our region you have to raise a complaint in another region. I don't even get his point. This is totally pathetic, already been a week I don't know what to do. how poor you guys are. It's driving me insane. we people are suffering to drink a water.

              It's been only 8 months and this is the second time I've to approach for faulty product. This time it's showing an error - UV failure/ Low minerals Error. The tech visited my place today is asking for changing the carbon filter and sediment filter without examining the machine. He's quoting that we didn't buy additional sediment filter from him and now every six months you end up paying 1000+.

              The tech visited is asking for 1100/- for changing the parts which is not even a year old. Over and above this issue the technician visited is extremely rude and threatening us that if you'll not change it now, I'll not visit again and if any other guy come he'll destroy the machine but I'll not come and fix this.

                I have complaint that my Kent RO is not working on 26th April 2022, got the date on 28th Apr 2022 at 9-11 slot, but no one visited or call to understand problem. Today got a call from executive Vijay that he tried to call me and I didn’t pick up the call. Asking for call screen shot he stop responding . After 3days of logged compliant and no water at home with old mom & dada and my neonatal is facing sever challenge for water.

                  KENT service is a joke. I have called service 4 times within a week and still issues are not resolved. They have changed all the filters and other parts as well, still there are lots of problem with TDS of water. I have a small kid who is drinking unhealthy water for sometime now and the issues are not resolved.

                    Our company bought water softener bought vide invoice no. 122 dated 23/02/22 and stand mixer vide invoice no. 138 dated 10/03/22 under 18% GST from your dealer Kiran Powar at Kolhapur.

                    Though GST has been charged and paid, it has come to our notice that the GST amount has not been paid to the Govt.

                    This is a serious matter from a company like KENT.
                    Lot of issues for installation of machine too. Absolutely disappointing.

                      I have ordered a kent electric kettle 1.8L in flipkart on March 2020. It worked properly till 6 months. After that it stopped working. Immediately i have raised a ticket to customer care. They promised me that they will replace the item, but till now I didn't received that replacement.

                        Below screenshot mentioned, service I registered online.

                        Name : PANKAJ SINGH

                        The agent assigned by your team is mis-manupulating, talking very badly and forcing to install filter or will come for service only if I agree to replace any parts of Kent RO.

                        I have installed new Kent RO on 03-Dec-2021. It is difficult to understand any product parts being damage within 6 month period of time. This also questions your product defect period of time, which Kent company may have developed in past years or so.

                        Kindly improve your service types, which is harassing the customer at large extent. Presently I am cancelling this service and would suggest you to come with the solution on this matter as soon as possible.

                          As per our verbal telephonic discus- sion dt:14/4/22 on14:05 we hereby attach with this 4 your ready reference i.e. sediment Filter Image, Our Sediment
                          Box pic and and Given Receipt by technician Mr.Nishant Kumar Mob.no. [protected].
                          Against above, Agency M/s.U.B. technician charge Rs.500/- 4 One sediment Filter (Pre-filter) but he replace by kent Product code 20011 which Cost Rs.200/-only. So, we requested that please replace by 20011 of new one of my second sediment also and make me Refund Rs.100/- also.

                          Further, we requested that Look into this matter and make a decision to replace second sediment pre-filter and refund my Rs.100/- by Agency asap and make me a solution at your earliest.

                            i purchased kent elegant ro that delivered on 11 january 2021
                            but after 4 or 5 filtration kent ro stopped working, i launched complaint then technician repaired it, but after repairing ro again filtered only 4 or 5 times and again it stopped working.
                            Defective ro delivered to and kent ro customer care is not changing the ro after complaint.

                              I am a kent user since last 10 years .From last 10 days my kent ro is defected so i book a service appointment on[protected] but today is[protected] and there is no any service executive visit here. So tell me how can we trust on your product. Your employees are soo loose whenever i call them to book a service then they say that you are not registered but i am registered through the app so how can they say this . It not happens single time it happens from last four days .

                              So at last i am concluding that if i not get service in 48 hours then i am going to quit from kent ro because my trust on this brand is getting lost

                              So thank you again i am saying that if i not get service in 48 hours i am quitting kent ro product and brand.

No technician visit done even after 18 days . I called customer care on each and every day and I was promised to serve within 24 hrs.                                     Our KENT RO water purifier fell down from the wall mount within 3 years o[censored]sage, while this was a brand new product bought by us 3 years ago. The quality of plastic used in purifier's body is very bad. Now the charges for the repair of the same are also very high.

                                      Sir,
                                      i have registered for routine service of my kent RO on dtd 05/04/2022 with case id[protected] and technician visited on 07/04/2022 and changed RO membrane, carbon filter and sediment filter and charged me Rs 4000.
                                      Earlier my filtered water was clear but after service it appear cloudy with particles in water but techinician said it will clear after 2 to 3 complete filtration but when it didn't clear even after 2 days I talked to technician but he didn't respond properly. Then I called on helpline they again registered my complain with case id[protected] on 11/42022 then same techinician again visit on 12/4/2022 he tried to solve the problem but at last he said there is some problem in new parts. He said he will complain to company about it and will return soon with solution.
                                      Now after my service on 07/4/2022 it's almost one week and I have to arrange water from outside even after spending 4000 rupees. No body is responding properly.
                                      I have such a bad experience from kent.
                                      Can I expect some progress from your end
