Hi Team, I recently (6 September 2019) bought the Kent Grand Star by calling the customer service and sales team (+[protected]. The same day a person (Basavaraj Reddy, [protected]) came to my house on behalf of the sales team. He sent a technical expert to install the "Kent Grand Star" and the Kent tank has been leaking since the first day of installation. Already 4 service people visited my house. Today I get a call from the people of my society because water was coming out of the house due to kent leakage. Please help me to replace this faulty machine.
