Hi,
I Rajesh Kumar Sahu had bought Kent Grand + water purifier on 28.11.2020 from Unilet, K R Puram, Bengaluru.
The actual serial number of the water purifier delivered to me is KR[protected].
But when I called [protected] Kent customer care number, the executive told the serial number as KR[protected] which is not correct.
Have attached "Kent_Grand_Plus_RO_Invoice_Sl_NO.jpg" the invoice and the screenshot of the serial number(from the machine and the cover) for your reference. Have mailed to [protected]@kent.co.in on 30-11.2020 regarding the same and had received Request ID :##RE-282316## in mail. It's been 4 days and they are unable to register KR[protected] on my name. Want to register the it on may name to avail the warranty and the 4 year service as mentioned in warranty card.
The Unilet showroom is not providing any solution.
