Hello,
I bought a KENT water softener system for washing machine through the KENT online shopping portal. Other than the order confirmation email from the portal, I got no follow up from Kent regarding delivery nor installation.

After multiple tries to reach the online sales, I finally got the product delivered. Now I had to call KENT again to open a Service request for installation. What is appalling is absolute carelessness of KENT sales and service team. Apparently the customer service can’t get any information from Sales regarding order. I had to give them all of my information again.. how could a company have such broken process and still run a business? Shame on KENT. This is my last time with this crappy company.

Hello,
At least 4 different people have called me so far, saying they are from Kent. But, all they do is raise a complaint call and then close it. I have sent email with pictures of damaged parts to kent onlineshop as per directions of customer support rep. I have also sent invoice copy with pictures to multiple service people who are claiming as Kent technicians. Yet, nothing has been done so far..

Please.. someone come and take this piece of crap product from my house and repay my money. I am done with this.

    Hi,

    I Rajesh Kumar Sahu had bought Kent Grand + water purifier on 28.11.2020 from Unilet, K R Puram, Bengaluru.
    The actual serial number of the water purifier delivered to me is KR[protected].
    But when I called [protected] Kent customer care number, the executive told the serial number as KR[protected] which is not correct.
    Have attached "Kent_Grand_Plus_RO_Invoice_Sl_NO.jpg" the invoice and the screenshot...

    I purchased Kent Prime Mineral RO on 13.07.2019 and after 1 year o[censored]sage, the LCD was showing low RO Flow and I lodged a complaint in KENT RO App on 28.08.2020 and on 29.08.2020, an engineer from Sapna Marketing (Jabalpur) Mr Munit Dubey came to inspect and he told that the sediment filter, FRT and Membrane needs to be changed and he charged Rs 3750 for the same. I paid the amount and the problem was resolved. On 28.11.2020, the same problem ocurred again and I lodged a complaint again in Kent RO App on 29.11. 2020. This time another engineer from a different service center came for inspection and he told that the parts that were replaced three months back need to be replaced again. I was shocked to learn this as I purchased KenT RO after getting lot of positive reviews from my friends and colleagues. I told him that these products were replaced three months back and are still under warranty but he told me that he could replace them only on payment basis and if warranty is to be claimed the service engineer who changed them needs to be communicated. I called Mr Munit Dubey and he told that no need to worry Sir, I would come and resolve the problem. But from next day onwards, he stopped taking my calls. I called him over 20 times but he never responded. Later I understood that it i the policy of the Service center to harass the customers in this way. I was clueless what to do. I lodged complaint again and this time another engineer from Sapna marketing came today (Mr. Kori). He told me the same thing that I need to pay Rs 3000/- for the same. I narrated him the entire story but he told me I am just a worker and I can do nothing. a lady from Sapna marketing called me to tell that your warranty is over by 4 days and we could do nothing. She also told me that there is no warranty on spare parts such as sediment filter, membranes, etc from KENT but they provide warranty for customer retention. Really, I was clueless after this whole incident. If I need to pay Rs[protected]/- after every 3 months, it is better to purchase another new one. Such kind of service from KENT is really unexpected and such kind of business strategy from the authorized service centers is really disgraceful. I don't know waht to do. Please help.

      I ordered a kent 16052 Electric kettle on 26th Sep.2020 from Flipkart. for few days. it worked fine. but suddenly it stopped working. its been almost a month its not working. i tried their customer service number too. but no response. Its under warranty. but i don't know how to and from where to get it repaired or replaced. Please help me.

        Dear consumer team
        I have purchased on Kent water grand plus water purifier on dated 25/05/2020 with 04 years warranty free services card
        from flipkart online company
        After that as per rules I called
        Kent customer care service number on this [protected] on shown at purifier machine
        They have send service engineer for installation
        Then after 2 months got 2nd service
        But on date 20/10/2020 3rd service time Kent customer care executive saying that in there system shown that I have purchased from reliance so call there
        Even I have more than 15 times complain flipkart same case they are also not solve my case
        Due to no drinking water my whole family suffering
        I have sent mails also Kent team and flipkart with proper bill invoice
        Up to now nobody helped me
        So kindly take very serious against Kent water purifier because if I have purchased from reliance why they have send 03 times service from same customer service and same number
        I am using Kent app also it's working andy mobile number also registered on Kent [protected]

          I call service center for servicing my RO four months ago and one service man came and changed some of the RO parts and after 4 month the parts are fully blocked And when I contact that service guy he didn't pick up the phone. I have to pay double for repairng parts. I'm so disappointed with Kent.

            I was using Kent from long time this was my 3 filter, as my candles r blocked so output of water decreased the so called people came WATER WORLD VIJAYAWADA people came & replaced but there is no output from next day so I filed service in app then again water world people came & CLEANED WITH LIME SALT AND THE MINIMUM OUTPUT ALSO COMPLETELY SHUT DOWN NO DROP OF WATER IS COMING FROM NEXT DAY . The Kent service I registered in app again so this time alloted for new service guys so they checked & said RO should be changed RO IS WITHIN 3 MONTHS WARRANTY BUT AS THESE WATER WORLD PEOPLE DIDNT UPDATE THERE IS NO BILL IN ONLINE REGARDING REPLACED THEY COMPLETELY DID FRAUD BY NOT UPDATING BILL SO NEW PEOPLE SAID TO CONTACT THEM I CONTACTED WATER WORLD THEY SAID THEY WILL COME & cHANGE RO BUT DIDNT CHANGE.this drama is running SINCE LOCKDOWN TILL NOW NO ONE IS ATTENDING & rectifying it
            I WANT GOVERNMENT TO TAKE SEVERE ACTION AGAINST WATER WORLD PEOPLE & Kent RO TO NOT COMMIT THESE KIND OF FRAUD AGAIN & I want NEW RO REPLACED or MY MONEY BACK
            when I apply for service THESE WATER WORLD VIJAYAWADA NAGIREDDY, BARATREDDY CANCELLING COMPLAINTS AS THEY NEED TO PAY / replaceRO SO NOT LIFTING CALLS & CANCELLING COMPLAINTS
            This was happening since 2020 complaints TEY CHARGED 1 visit 4000 change of money for candles change & 2VISIT some 400 I think but no change in middle of service the closed complaint is new service people PLZ TAKE STRICT ACTION AGAINST THEM & REFUND MY MONEY / REPLACE MY CANDLES & RECTIFY MY PROBLEM as I faced HEALTH PROBLEM DUE to no proper availability of water during these COVID TIMES

              RI have uploaded my details in ur site regarding my interest in Kent Maxxstar and u simply forwarded my details to GS Marketing. I thought they came through u and installed the product by paying rs.11500 with a promise that they would return back the discounted amount as per Amazon after discussing with u. Till now GS did not refunded my amount and they even not lifting my phone. Pl. Talk to them and instruct them to refund my amount. U people don't forward the requests of customers to them who r charging higher price in this pandemic time. Pl. Forward our requests to persons who will give better price. I am totally unsatisfied with your company. I suggest u to cancel the distribution of GS marketing.

                Kent Ro is too costly to maintain it. Because service representative always do the replacement of kent accessories and all the parts are too costly. Personally I felt that this should not advice anyone else to purchase the kent RO.

                  I have a Kent Gravity filter which almost stopped working for which I raised complaint on 13Nov20 and was given assurance of resolving in 48 hrs. On 15Nov20 I got a system generated call asking for feedback on service which I didn't get. On 15Nov20 I spoke again to customer care and another ticket was raised which again got closed without resolving it. Spoke to many people escalation team, ASM and finally with technician then was told that technician will visit at 10am but again same thing happened. Then told me that will now visit at 4 pm but nothing happened and again told that visit was scheduled at 10am. Finally it got resolved but had to go through so much pain and frustration to get it done. Have sent email to multiple people including Mahesh Gupta chairman asking to understand the root cause of it but didn't get any response yet except sorry.

                      But the problem has arise I paid 2950 today and last in may 4500 this is heavy maintenance poor quality of spare parts providing by your technician

                          Very disappointed with the service..my new kent RO was installed on 28th october, , and one iron filter was supposed to be installed also but since that, , everyday i am calling the service centre and they are saying 'they dont have drilling machine and so cant come for installing'...the entire service centre has only one drilling machine???...
                          Everyday they are saying tomorrow they will come ...tomorrow they will come..but the tomorrow didn't arrived yet..
                          Very horrible experience ...if the begining is like this, , am worried about the future services..

                            We have replaced different parts of the product which is mainly 4 pieces(electric system, membrane (2), pump) once in 4 months. The product has been giving constant problems with no resolution in sight.

                            This product is build to fleece people and would recommend everyone to avoid at all cost.

                              I bought new kent grand plus ro water purifier in Amazon and i raised ticket for installation on[protected] and today installation engineer came for installation and he behavior was very rude and asking money for installation when i am raising ticket for 1st installation it was free but he was arguing and speaking rudely.Even i call customer care when engineer was installaling they told no pay any thing from customer side...

                                I have serviced my Kent RO machine on 01 Oct 20, since I didn't get any fruitful result then before. At the time of service I have told the engineer it is not good result to this Mr Ajeet Singh mobile no [protected] told me after some days the machine will give you fruitful result. On 17 Oct 20 I called Mr Ajeet to this he told me I will check and resolv your problem, since his mobile no showing switch off. On 24 Oct 20 I called again service center no [protected] to this service advisor told me you have pay again service charge. Please justify me to this matter

                                  Horrible experience with worst quality product: Kent RO water purifier

                                  Purchased a Kent RO 3 years back (Apr’2017) and replaced the existing water filter due to quality and service issues. Like everyone, I thought the decision was good as purchased the best RO among other products.
                                  My nightmare started when problem came within one year. Frequent breakdown of the water filter has caused me to buy outside canned water which was a very costly affair. No option was available but to repair the RO to get filtered water. Gradually problem started again and again and need to contact their service toll free no repeatedly.
                                  Please note that, you need to change 6 nos of filters inside the RO costing around Rs 5050/ year and the horrible point is, the same is having only 3 months guarantee. To my horror, after spending Rs 5050/-, inlet filter was replaced again after exactly 3 months 10 days with a total expenditure of Rs 850/ - with servicing cost.
                                  This RO is so pathetic, you need to change frequently various spare parts as the quality is very worst. Interestingly, filters and other parts just fails after guarantee period is over.
                                  The machine was purchased for Rs 15, 500/- and already more than Rs 9000/- spent towards various spares within 3 years.
                                  Even in one occasion, after the complaint was registered, service person came after 10 days and told me to replace all the filters. I must have spent Rs 2000/- to Rs 3000/- on buying outside canned water during the above period.
                                  Now I am repenting on buying KENT RO water purifier system which is nothing but complete harassment to customer.
                                  Please remember the following problems which I faced:
                                  1. Spare parts/ water filters are extremely costly.
                                  2. Even if it is written that the filters need to be changed after one year, the same may be required to change after only 3 months guarantee period.
                                  3. Every year, be prepared to change all the 6 nos of filters costing a total amount of Rs 5000/- to Rs 5500/- including servicing cost.
                                  4. Apart from the above, pipe lines, connectors will fail frequently and needs to be replaced with a cost.
                                  5. Even, the electronic board will fail which needs to be replaced.
                                  6. Pre filter is provided as per their recommendation, but water quality does not improve with this and parts will fail as per their age.
                                  7. No guarantee on attending your call on time.
                                  8. Frequent change in their servicing agency (5 different service agency has come to me within three years)

                                  Kent is horrible product in my opinion as I bought it by 2018 and every time the sevice person ask to change the filter which will stop working after 3 months gaurentee time. I don't want spend 4000 every 3 months filter.even though they say free servicing for 4 years they ask for 300 on every visit.
