[Resolved] Kent RO — kent ro not installed in correct place | |||
Recently i bought new kent ro from kent (Kent ace plus 8 l ro + uv + uf + tds water purifier), kent service who came to my home to install the ro not installed the ro in the correct place and problem i am facing is the plug of the ro is not reaching to the electric board and for this i am using extension board every time to on and off the ro. Since we are using the ro first i believe service has to inform in clear way but they didn't. Now i am request customer care for the same issue but inspite of sending the engineer again for re-installation of ro in correct place they said they will charge for this.
