[Resolved]  Kent RO — kent ro purifier stopped working

Hi,

I have concern with kent ro purifier i am using, it suddenly stopped working and when i asked technician from ro to come and check he has reported main filter is not working and told for the replacement costing some where inr 5500 approx since it cant be fixed. But here the concern is how do a customer get to know if some thing is critical and we need a service.

Why we have alarm in the machine which will not be raised as an when it should?

I am not willing to take a penalty of 5.5k rs when i dont find any fault as an user.

Please refer the below copied conversation and complaints i had already mailed but yet there is no solution.

I have raised the request on 27-dec-2017, which is still not closed.
Do kent team take care of their customer concern, or we don't expect post sale services here?

How come it is failed within 1.5 years?
There was visit of your technician on 30th january, why he hasn't updated if anything is alarming.

Your system should alarm us rather failing directly.
Why anybody should pay 5.5k every year for a product costing 17k, it doesn't make sense.

If you say it is our negligence than i would say it is your system mistake:

* first thing : your system should alarm much before any critical warning, it did not alarm.
* what your technician minimum checks when he is asked for a check.

Currently he took service charge of rs 300 for making a temporary fix could be dangerous if filter is not doing its job properly.

Please take action here and do the needful.
