[Resolved] Kent RO — kent service charging unnecessary amount from customer | |||
I have raised an issue that my RO is not working properly. Kent sent me there attached service centre executive from Perfect solutions Bhopal and the executive name is Vivek. He told my family that all the parts of my RO needs to be replaced whereas my RO is only 13 months old. He asked my family to change Membrane, carbon filter, sediment filter, some Pp (I don't know the real name). As family was not aware of much things they trusted on this guy and agreed to change. Post repair ING the RO he said the total price for the repair is 4700 Rs. When we asked for a bill. He created a bill with some different high prices which is even not agreed by Kent customer care. They charged 2850 for membrane, whereas the price of membrane is 2500rs 500 each for carbon and sediment filter, 300 for PP, 500 for some tablets who's he said he had put in RO while we have not seen any of this and 250 for service charge. I even tried calling the customer care for complaining about this fraud by perfect solution Bhopal and every time they transferred my call to there superior, however until long hold got no response. I am fed with the service of Perfect solution and going to complaint this thing with Consumer court now. Was this information helpful? | |||

We have been using the kent RO system from the past 1 and half years once the warranty period is over the automatically the system has been designed in such a way that the parts will be out of order. In the last six months we have Replaced 15.06.17 - Big chowk and UV lamp which costs Rs.1700 and 06.07.17 hight process switch it iss cost Rs.450 and 23.11.17 the fuel pump has gone it is costing Rs.2700 and i asked them not to replace even for which Rs.300 has been paid for service charges.
Earlier to this i was using zero b for years together which was only filters and membrance was replacing and there was not even a single issue with that. After buying kent really the problem as started. They are designing and using such a poor quality materials which will not even lost for more than year. I request really the service charges and spares cost also very high.
It is not worth to buy any KENT products i say.
