[Resolved] Kent RO — kent superb ro water purifier worst product | |||
Bought the product in december 2016 forrs 25000. Two days back machine started leaking. I lodged complaint with customer care. They responded by message that service engineer mr rakesh will attend to complaint. But he sent one sandeep who said membrane filter and motor both are blown out. Cost of repair6000+ My submission is why i should pay for manufacturing defects. Product is as told by company their top model so not supposed to last notfor 13onths only. Even service person damaged the touch screen. Request everyone not to purchase kent ro water purifier. Was this information helpful? | |||
