[Resolved] Kent RO — kent water purifier service complaint | |||
There is a beep sound was coming from the water purifier and i had raised the complaint for the same through reliance digital customer care[protected]. The technician came after 2/3 days and told he resetted (I don't know whether he removed the connection to stop the beep sound) something and went. After a day, the machine was not working properly. Water which coming out became very low and taste was also very worst. Then again, i called the customer care to raise a compliant on 10-march-2019 and there is no response from the technician. Whenever i called the customer care, they raised one more new request/compliant. I hope, you people know the value of a drinking water. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||
