Kent RO — No body is attending complaint registered around 10 times, starting from 1 May

It was our biggest blunder to purchase Kent Maxx UV+ UF system. I am facing the worst ever service network of Kent. As the water is coming extremely slow and Kent people promise 3 to 4 times service in first year, I registered my first complain on 1 May customer service person is agreeing today that my first call was on 4 may. Any ways, today it is 23 May. in between I called number of times. Yesterday the customer care person promised that technician will visit us today. They don't have any track of complaints and no responsibility. I simply don't know what is to be done.
