Dear concern, With great dissappointment after using kento ro for more than 4 years, i would like to lodge compalint against amc plan of rs4650/- which i bought on 10 feb 2017 and expires on 09 feb 2018. But before expiry of amc plan, your team refused to replace candles of kent ro not for the single time against the terms and conditions of the plan. Please respond.
