[Resolved] Kent RO — re-installation | |||
I bought most expensive ro - 19000/ six months back in chennai. 1st may, i relocated my house within chennai. I have submitted 3 requests on 3 different dates since then... No re-installation!!! Most horrible service. Every time they will say that it will be done in 24 hours but on neither of the three occasions - it was done. Kent ro - gives no service. My Kent RO failed repeatedly, no proper response from the service center. it costed heavy maintenance, i regret buying it now.
no action from the company after repeated complaints, do not buy kent.
