[Resolved]  Kent RO — Service contract fees & consumable are too high

Being a customer, I would like to notice that AMC of KENT RO & it's consumables are too high, which suggest us rather than taking AMC it's better to purchase New machines every alternate year. Since KENT charging very heavily likewise other AMC providers are also charging with hefty amount by not using genuine spares.
Being the market leader KENT should need to do some R & D that consumers should not have to bear more than 3 % of RO machine cost for the maintenance per year, otherwise it would be difficult for business.
