I have bought kent ro on 28/11/2016.in seven months filter is choked paid rs1000/-. Paid for amc rs 1500/-on 27/11/2017. Now again the ro stopped working on 20/1/2018 their service engineer now wants to replace three parts for 3750/-. I have written mail to the company and their is no response. As confirmed by their service engineer their is recurring cost of rs 7000/- every year on a product bought by us for rs 16, 800/-. The membrane warranty is only for 3 months. Beware kent ro is duping normal consumer with substandard product. The is no response from the company with regards to repeated complaints.
