[Resolved] Kent RO — unprofessional behaviour of kent engineer | |||
Dear kent team, This is to apprise you that we have logged a complaint for my kent ro as on date of 16th dec 2017 for not working issue then your engineer visited for the service and he said that ro membrane and some ther parts are damaged and need to be replace, however i said engineer that said parts have been already changed 2months before and it is ok then he said issue is with pump motor and he will replace the same within amc but if we agree to change membrane as well, then i said when my membrane is ok then why i need to change, After that engineer directly denied to change the pump motor and he left the ro in open position and siad ki "motor jab ayega tab change hoga" and he closed my request with fix the issue again i called to toll free no and logged a new complaint for the pump. However i never expected such behaviour from kent engineer, kindly replace my ro pump on urgent basis as we are taking bisleri water bottle from last two days to paid extra amount.
