[Resolved] Kent RO — Water is not coming from the kent pearl purifier

There is no water coming into the transparent tank. I see the pure empty tank. I see the red light, but the green light is on. We have been facing this issue, since a week and do i need to say that we called customer care so many times and theya re irresponsible. Hoping for a solution.
