[Resolved] Kent RO — water purifier not working properly - service provider charging unnecessarily | |||||
We have installed kent ro in our home. There are regular problems in the kent ro water purifier system. The part of the system are not working properly. The service provider are charging money unnecessarily by changing the parts even when it is working properly. Last week, the service provider who came to see the purifier and he did not repair it properly.. The ro system is overflowing and have stopped working. He charged us inr 6500 and when we called him back he did not talk to us properly. Details of the service provider are below. Livsafe h2o solutions 3/133, lalita park, laxmi nagar, delhi - 110092 Person visited - rajan mishra We are calling the call centre of kent ro and they are not responding us properly and delaying the compliant.
