[Resolved] Kent RO — water taste is not good | |||
I have bought kent ro last year on 24th jan 2018. My ro taste was not good for more than a month. If i have raised the call on that day it would be in warranty. But on 30th jan 2019 i have raised the complaint, that was not resolved. On 9th feb 2019 i have raised other complaint. Technician came and told since it is out of warranty all filters to be replaced and it will cost rs.4000. I have escalated this to customer care there i got the response for all escalation i have to write mail to them. I have given the mail on 10th feb 2019. They said within 24 hrs my call will be attended. Till now i did not got a single reply from kent team. Subsequently the call which i have raised on 9th feb has been closed without my confirmation Was this information helpful? | |||
