Respected Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of Prashanthi Ayurveda Hospital, Vilayil, Malappuram Dt, 673641 and my name is dr.Hebeeb Palakkal.

I am writing this letter in order to complain about the low voltage power supply at our location i.e. Vilayil, sub station kizhsherry . We are facing this issue for the last 3 months which is causing an issue as we are unable to use machineries, lift air conditioners, refrigerators, air cooler, etc. We have already complained about this issue but no action has taken place yet.

I request you to kindly resolve this issue at the earliest. I shall be highly obliged for your kind support.

    I have paid Electricity Bill of Consumer Number :[protected] through UPI payment on[protected]. Payment amount is Rs.2, 221. Amount deducted from account but payment became failure. It's been 7 days now, amount not yet refunded. Please make the refund process. Also attached screenshot of payment details.

        This is for requesting your urgent attention required for my complaint. I have installed Solar at home always we have Export more than the import. Each month meter reading is taking correctly and bill raising with wrong figure and providing silly excuses meter complaint. Several times i have complained in KSEB online portal and they rectify. This month also energy charges raised with out excess usage (Export high than import) and they provided same reason machine complaint.

        Second thing last three months i have received the bills with 3 different Fixed Charges and Meter rent. Until July i have (3 Phase Connection) 120 Fixed Charges and 15 Meter rent. In Aug Month its increased to 160 Fixed Charges and 30 respectively. Sep and October fixed Charges again increased to 175 and meter rent to 41.30. Mobile [protected]

                No service after 6pm for the complaint of Power failure at home.Today also I registered a complaint at 6pm at Kseb kanjiramkulam Thiruvananthapuram District.They replied that they will come tomorrow.This type of negligence is repeating continuously.So please take steps to get quick service from KSEB.

                    Consumer Number[protected]. On 25/08*/2022 by 6.40 lodged a complaint over phone to KSEB Njarakkal that from afternoon onwards there is no power supply in my house. Near by all the house is having power whereas in my home and near by one more house doesn't have power. Since its a single lane complaint the male guy who attended the call informed us that by Morning only they will clear the issue. Morning we have reminded regarding the same he assured that it will be resolved by morning. Till now (i.e[protected].15Pm) the problem is not resolved no one from KSEB checked the issue. When we call they will tell they are checking and clearing in the transformed for the single lane complaint. Who will pay for the suffering we had from last night onwards including Sr.citizen, New born Baby and pregnant lady. since I am paying for the service you have given to me its my right to know Who is responsible for the delay ?(my Sincere Thanks to the lady who took the phone in the afternoon session ).Who will pay for the irresponsible behavior of the your team

But the amount is not reflected till today and i reached out to kseb support regarding this and they are not providing a proper answer, "saying that the amount is not reached please wait for sometime."

                          This purticular kseb office at kuruppanthara, kottayam dt. Never attends calls and are always late to fix power. Atleast 2 days in a week there will be no power for full night. I stayed many places never seen a kseb that is thia lazy and unprofessional. If electricity goes even becoz of small rain its gone for atleast 6 hours. This is unacceptable in 2022, plz do the sufficient

                            When I call to KSEB, THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, NEDUMANGADU section office for complaint registration. The phone attended staff who have no patience to hear my complaints. And without any conversation he disconnect my call. At the second time of my call he trys to behave as angry with me. The KSEB THIRUVANANTHAPURAM, NEDUMANGADU section front office staff are too bad.
                            In my thoughts ' The front office staff only needs salary, but he doesn't behave to the consumers as good.
                            I want quick response against my complaint.

                                This is to report the failure of my transaction towards KERALA STATE ELECTRICITY BOARD using PNB Debit card and request you for the necessary action in this regard.

                                I have made the payment of Rs 1121/- for payment of electricity bill using my Debit card on 15 06.2022

                                The amount deducted but the transaction was failure.

                                I request you to check this matter and do the needful for the refund . It's over than a month now.

                                  We are facing power failure issue for a long time. consumer number is[protected].we had same problem from last week. This technician which is from KSEB sreekandapuram (kannur district)they don't want to fix the problem properly. Normally they took 24 to 48 hrs to fix .we are un happy with this service from KSEB sreekandapuram management team because of the customer service is very badly comparable to another service provider.

                                  I hereby request to please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                    There is no electricity in Andikkadankuzhi are under Ramanattukara section from yesterday 10.00pm onwards till now. we are unable to contact Ramanattukara Office via phone. The line busy from yesterday onwards with the same answer. Urgently check and assist to resolve this issue.

                                      Hi,

                                      This is from Mavelikara. Here the electricity issue occurs most of the time. Not to mention in the monsoon time, we will be glad if we get atleast 4 hours o[censored]ninterrupted power supply.
                                      I personally know many people working from home and many other small scale business owners who depend on electricity to get the job done.

                                      I am staying here for the last 2.5 yrs and electricity issues occur almost everyday. I call them daily and never have they responded once. They always keep the line busy. We tried from multiple numbers. But, it is obvious that the reciever of the landphone is set aside. This is the same case when neighbors try to contact them.

                                      We totaly understand the limitations. But why cant they take the call and answer the queries. We donot know when the power will be back and cant plan the activities accordingly.

                                      Anyway, we are paying the electricity bill and the associated charges. Customers dont deserve this.
