Despite successfully completing the payment process through Tech Process via UPI, the amount of Rs. 2201 has been debited from my bank account, but it has not been reflected in my KSEB account. I have attached a screenshot of the transaction for your reference.
I kindly request your immediate attention to investigate this matter and ensure that the amount is credited to my KSEB account without further delay. I would appreciate your prompt action to rectify this discrepancy and provide me with an update on the status of this complaint at your earliest convenience.
