Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — illegally charged 500 rupees for offing the supply for cutting tree

The lineman illegally charged (Without any receipt) 500 rupees for offing the supply from the post to the house inorder to cut a tree. I tried to give 300 rupees. But he forcefully snatched 500 rupees from me. He is from kseb office 28th mile under main office 'kseb kallambalam'. When i enquired to some people, i got the information that all the officers in that office is of same mentality. They are very rude and they are snatching big amount of money from poor people for small public government services. Nobody is there to control them. Please take necessary actio against them.
