Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — improper behaviour of the staff on phone call

I have been registering a complaint at "adoor kseb office, pathanamthitta district, over phone, regarding power failure in the line to my home. The staff was asking for phone number. The number which i first gave was wrong and that person who i was talking with between 2.15 pm to 2.45 pm was behaving too rude on the mispelled phone number. He even hung the phone on without listening to the details.
Very disappointing to see such arrogant behaviour from a reputed department. I expect such things would dig the grave for public services.
