Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — Miss behave against Kothakurssi KSEB

I am giving you this complaint to make you aware of a bad situation I have faced at Kothakursi KSEB. My Consumer Number is[protected]. My bill number is[protected] and my bill date is Jul 15 2022 & Due date is Jul 25 2022 Unfortunately I have not been able to pay this one payment in this one day. My mother, grandmother and I have a little sister in my house. I am mostly in Ernakulam district for work. We agree that we are late in paying the current bill but we have given the amount to complete the payment. Yesterday the lineman came to our house and told us that to pay the bill amount, I had already tried to make the payment through Google Pay yesterday But due to some problem yesterday it was shown as payment pending. This morning the lineman came to the house again and said that the payment has not been received and we have pulled the fuse and you can come to the office and collect it. When I made a request again in Google Pay, the payment was shown as successful. My grandmother and my little sister were the only ones home when the lineman came home. My little sister called me when the lineman came home, I asked them to request me to come directly to the office and make the payment as the google payment I made yesterday was showing as pending but they didn't even give me an hour. We humbly request that strict action should be taken against them for misbehaving with women at home. I went to their office and convinced them that after completing the payment through Google Pay, it usually takes 12 hours to get the invoice. Only few persons in that office treated me with respect rest of the people have no knowledge they don't even know how to respond to people such people should not be kept in such offices I humbly request you to take strong action against this. There should be strong action against the lineman who comes home and misbehaves and you should take it as soon as possible. Try to keep only polite people in this one job. There should never be such persons in our society who invade women's homes and misbehave.
