Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — not getting 3 phase line connection instead one line only.

Dear sir,

We are paying for a 3 phase line connection at my home since april 2004. However till today we have not received any 3 phase line connection, we are getting current only on one line.

I would kindly request the authorities to do the needful in this regard.
