I, a consumer paid the bill online through debit card option against consumer number [protected] and money was debited from my bank account on 5th december 2019. But the thing is that the transaction status shown is "success" and a few hours later i got a message on my registered mobile number saying that the above mentioned transaction has failed.
I request the authorities to take necessary action in this regard.
