Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — online bill payment not success and money deducted from bank

I have made online payment for bill on 20/10/2017 through hdfc bank. The money got deducted from bank, but the bill payment was not successful. It was showing as pending on the time checked, but next day the status even not showing in site https://wss.kseb.in.
