Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — online bill transaction status showing failed

Address:Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, 695606

My consumer number is[protected]. I have paid my bill online through kseb web self service portal. The amount has been deducted from the bank account. But the portal is showing as transaction failed (See screen shot)
Please note that the due date was on 24/12/2019.
But i paid the amount on 25/12/2019.
