Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — online net bank payment transfer to my consumer account is not credited

Payment through online net banking done on 30/8/2017 amount rs.5864
Through my sbi account
Kseb informed on 14/9/2017 they have not received payment till date
Check with the bank they told money has gone from my account for the above stated amount and there is not return recorded here so write a complaint we will check it out.
To avoid disconnection and further action from kseb i have paid the full amount by cash at pallikunnu kseb counter rs.5870 vide receipt no. [protected]
So i request to refund the online payment back to sbi account
