Kerala State Electricity Board [KSEB] — payment failure amount not credited yet

My consumer number is[protected], recently payed my kseb bill through kseb quick pay option on 27/08/2019, the amount of 771/- from my bank account (South indian bank), the same time kseb online translation shows failure status. So please clarify the amount goes to where or when the same will be refund to my bank.

My KSEB consumer no. is[protected].On 15.8.19 I made e payment of Rs. 1436 at 10524263 vide trxn. no.[protected] through federal bank gateway of KSEB Portal by VISA card xxxxxxx8132. Though the transaction failed my account was debited. The amount of failed trxn has not been credited to my account so far. Kindly help.
