There has been frequent disruption with the service provided by Kerala vision broadband. The low connectivity seems to be a burden in handling work from home.. several complaints have been raised though, but no sustainable actions have been taken fem their end. There are no timelines provided when complaints are raised and no answers to calls when we try to reach out to their service center. They continue to charge the monthly payment even though a proper fix has not been in place. Was this information helpful? |
