Hi
I am using Kerala vision broadband from last 6 months and
I am being charged for something that I am not provided.
I am working from home and because of issue with internet I am getting lots of escalations also there is a chance of losing job itself.
Customer support team never took calls.
The most recent issue is today from morning there was no stable internet connection. I am paying for 20 Mbps upload and download speed and I am not asking to give 20Mbps atleast I should get minimum 10 Mbps but not getting that as well
Could you please take necessary action to solve this issue.
I have raised grievance in cpgrams portal but they didn't gave any permanent solution till now
