Sir,
Myself pradip b. Kokate with my wife swati p kokate has booked the above stated tour from your thane office. We are joining the tour from kuala lumpur and leaving at singapure.
We requested your thane office to obtain visa for both the countries where we are travelling. Your office arranged the visa. We were charged rs. 9000/- per person for the visas.
The cost of the visa as stated on the visa is as under
Singapore - rs.1550 about
Malayasia - rs.1000
The total of visa fee + service charges may not exceed rs.3500 however we were charged rs.9000 per person thereby charging extra of about rs.5500/.
We request to refund the excess amount of about rs.11000 charged at the earlist. The amount may be credited to my credit card account from which i made the payment of rs.18900/- (Including gst) for the visa charges.
