Dear guest relations team,

Hope your entire team of kesari tours is at staying home and staying safe. I received an sms from your team on april 17, 2020 informing me that due to covid 19 issue, you are compelled to reschedule domestic and international tours between may 16 to june 30 and allowing us to travel on your rescheduled tour within a year from the date of departure of current booked tour.

We have booked your tour (Ee210520/6) for three members i. E
1) satyendra kumble, 2) meenakshi kumble, 3) samiksha kumble

The above tour was scheduled to start on may 21, 2020 but due to covid19 situation, kesari is planning to reschedule the tour when the situation comes under control.

We would have loved to travel with kesari, which we consider as the best tour operators in india. My daughter is 12th standard this year and she is planning to pursue designing for which she would be giving her entrance exams in apri/may, 2021. Hence, we may not be able to join your rescheduled tour that is expected to be taken within a year from the date of departure of current booked tour i. E. Before may 21, 2021.

You would appreciate that we have no intentions of cancelling the tour, as we have paid the entire amount well in advance and were looking forward to visiting italy, switzerland and austria with kesari.in the above circumstances, we request you to refund the entire amount paid by us at the earlest.
Please take care and stay safe.

    Dear Sir,
    I have also an unforgettable experience with Kesari at Leh Ladakh tour in the month of July 2019. Again I selected Kasari tour for Kashmir tour and booked K-4- Kashmir 7 days 6 Hotel nights from 18 May 2020 to 24 May 2020 with your prestigious tour company.
    My tour details is as under:-
    K4 ­ KASHMIR (7 Days 6 Hotel Nights)
    Jammu and Kashmir: Srinagar 4N (House­boat 1N, Hotel 3N), Pahalgam 2N, Chandanwari,
    Gulmarg, Khilanmarg (Affarwat), Sonamarg.

    Date ­ 18/05/20 To 24/05/20
    Rs.32000 + 5% GST, Rs.33, 600 Per Person in Triple sharing ­
    Booking amount for total 06 PAX ­ Rs.2, 01, 600

    The above said tour was booked under Bonanza offer (Full Payment) at your Indore, MP office headed by Mr. Nivesh Patel, Executive sales, Business Development Manager and full payment was made for 6 persons.
    I am very strange that after getting full payment not a single communication was done by any sales person during the period. Any further programme was also not intimated to me. I aware that Hotels and other facilities was not booked for me.
    As you may note that my date of Travel was 18 May 2020 and as per the guideline of Government of India there is complete Lock Down till 17 May 2020. Further, as on date Government had not allowed travelling. I would like to know what your cancellation policy is. In current pandemic situation it is not possible to travel to Shrinagar as the position of both the places Bhopal and Shrinagar are not well and it’s quite difficult and risky to travel there. Two Senior citizens (Age-80 & 68) are also travelling along with me and this family tour was specially planned to celebrate 50th Marriage Anniversary of my in-laws at Kashmir and as of now there is no meaning to go on tour. I am completely unaware of Kesari Cancellation/Refund policies. I am cancelling the trip and it is a demand of current pandemic situation and any Hotel bookings are not took place during this period.
    Few days before someone has contact me as a Kesari person assured that after opening our offices we would refund your amount but after contacting your Indore office representative he said that our office remain closed till date.

    It has also been heard that your other tour parties had also called from the middle of the tour due to this terrible tragedy. In this situation, why was the amount of booking taken from me. Instead of waiting for when your Indore office will open, refund me directly.

    I would be grateful if you would refund my amount directly.

    Hope this clarifies the position, expecting a quick reply.

      I have booked for all europe tour on september, 2019. But due to covid-19 my tour was cancelled. I am writing this review in june, 2019 but still there are no updates from their side. All they need is money from their customers/clients. After that they aren't replying to their customers on email / phone calls. They blocked me on twitter & his travel manager blocked me on whatsapp. That's how they deal with their customers. They are frauds and my money around 7l stuck with them. So i am requesting you to do the needful as earliest.

        I had paid 100% advance money on 31.12.2019 towards above tour scheduled from 12th may 2020 covering east and west coast o[censored]sa including 3 days cruise of bahamas for self and wife. The tour did not materialize as per information shared by kesari in early march 2020 and i accordingly advised them to refund the advance money. Thereafter, several mails have been written to them asking them to refund the money, but am receiving auto response saying that their office is closed due lockdown. This is ridiculous as several thousands of customers like me would be placed in similar situation from kesari who have kept the monies with them, earning interest etc and not responding to them with such excuse.

          I have booked 2 tickets for my parents euro trip and paid in full . It is horrible that site team is not giving refund.. there is no revert from my end. they should return the complete amount. They would have got insurance money and how can they hold customers money. HORRIBLE

            We have booked a tour through kesari for east coast usa & also flight tickets including international & domestic. We are asking for a refund of our entire amount, however no response to date. We have sent 7 emails to their email id [protected]@kesari.in which is especially given on the website due to covid 19 situation. However, they r creating a joke & fun out of that. Playing with clients. To date no feedback from this email id. They are playing with us. Offices are closed, but their core team must be working but hiding from clients. Due to the economic situation, bread & butter as an individual is important, but kesari is not bothered for the same.

              We have booked europe tour for 21st april 2020 departure and due to corona virus situation the trip has been cancelled by them; they dont communicate proactively and just sent one sms stating tour is cancelled and will be rescheduled. We do not want to reschedule but instead we are asking for refund as it's we have paid a huge amount from savings for 7 members.

              But now there staff is not even answering any of the mails and not even processing for full refund.

              Extremely poor show of business standards and ethics by kesari management.

                We have booked tour on 23rd feb 2020 for dubai trip and due to corona attack trip has been cancelled by them and asked if we want to reschedule but instead we asked for refund as it's clearly mentioned in there refund policy if trip gets cancelled by them they will initiated full refund.
                But now there staff is not even answering any of the mails and not even processing for full refund.
                Bad service and not even customer friendly.

                  We have booking for 2nd April for Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore and because of less booking for this tour, Kesari cancelled this tour from their side.
                  When we asked for refund amount (it is clearly written in Kesari policy that if tour get cancelled from their side then full amount will get credited ) then Kesari answered that, we are not in position to refund your amount now.
                  How pathetic is this that they don't have 2 lac rupees to refund.
                  How they are running such a big business..I will never ever recomment Kesari to anyone.

                    Keasari Tours have cancelled tour from their end due to lack of bookings.

                    Now as they themselves have cancelled the tour scheduled on 2nd April 2020. they are telling us they cannot refund the money; They cannot confirm when shall they refund, they do not have the funds any many more unacceptable reasons.

                    We are feeling like looted by keasari tours.

                    Please look into our issue and help us get our money back for the service not provided.

                      I would like to share my worst experience with kesari tours and travels.
                      My dad wanted to visit vietnam-cambodia and accordingly we were looking for different travel options. Kesari was overpriced however we thought it would be the safest travel option considering my dad’s age and also the tour was specially designed for senior citizen.
                      Travel plan was finalized and on complete payment we received the respective travel tickets, visa and insurance. Luckily my uncle decided to travel with my dad on this tour and he was not alone.
                      Dad landed in vietnam and managed to visit first 2 days out of 9-day tour, unfortunately got a heart attack while having dinner. He was moved to the nearest hospital with help of my uncle and travel coordinator (Ambulance cost was paid by us). Kesari ownership ended after admitting him to the nearest hospital. My uncle stayed overnight with him in the hospital and thereafter on the 3rd day my uncle had to take my dad alone to the bigger hospital which was around 100 km away from the center (Note this was the first time my uncle was travelling outside india and had to deal with this all alone). Kesari team was not present with him at the hospital to take his care but instead continued the tour with others as usual (With brand like kesari, it is assumed that they would have arranged for local help to take his care in hospital – probably they would have done that as a paid service to mint some more money). Worst situation was on the 4th day when the rest of the tour members were supposed to fly to cambodia leaving my dad all alone in vietnam and passing the control/ownership in my hand (Sitting in india). I had to take worst decision of my life by air lifting him from vietnam on the 3rd night itself and bringing him back to india (He had to travel all alone to india with 4 hours halt in between). End to end medical expenses including drop to the airport from hospital was borne by us (Kesari even charged money to drop my dad to the airport).in fact, they were not even ready to carry my dad’s baggage back to mumbai on their return (Due to weight restrictions ☹).
                      This doesn’t stop here; on his return i had submitted his vietnam medical claim against the travel insurance provided by kesari in nov’19. Strange thing is kesari on first go will ask us to send claim papers directly to the travel insurance agency (Which make it clear that they don’t own it now). I requested them validate my papers and then send it across the respective travel insurance agency. I waited for complete dec’19 month and on enquiring about status in jan’2020 i came to know that insurance agency has asked for additional documents/details by sending email to me on wrong email address (They didn’t even though of calling me or take corrective action on bounced back email). I provided them additional details in jan and since then following up with them every alternate week with no luck. Weird thing is that kesari has procured insurance from travel agent who has no control or vision of what insurance company is doing and doesn’t have any sla. It feels like major scam where there is no real travel insurance. I have escalated this matter to kesari as well as insurance agency but they have chosen to stay silent.
                      I’m writing this review to warn you from making same mistake which i did and not to go ahead with kesari purely on the emotional grounds. It would be much easier if you travel on your own with known people rather then going with such travel company (Only thing they have done in this whole incident is admitting him to the nearest hospital and informed me to take over the control thereafter).
                      Those who are interested to know about my dad: he is fine now and on medication but scared of travelling with kesari again.

                        Hello, i would like to complain against kesari tours pvt. Ltd (Unit 104, new udyog mandir 2, mughal lane, mahim, mumbai 400016, india).
                        I booked a trip to phuket - krabi through kesari for 3 people. Tour code is; wf120220. Later, i requested for the cancelation for 2 people. Kesari staff - preeti from mahim office confirmed my cancellation and also confirmed that kesari will refun inr 80, 000.00 ti my indian bank account and will deduct inr 50, 112.00. It's been a month but kesari hasn't even initiated for my refund and giving me excuses every single day. As per their terms and conditions, refund will be issued within 7 days but it's been a month now. I am following up with them every single day and yesterday their staff mentioned to me that they have only received 50, 000 for my refund and they are waiting for remaining amount.in addition to this, i haven't received any complementary item (Bags etc.) which other travellers received. Kesari mentioned that they couriered the items to my address but still haven't received it. This is a huge amount and i sincerely request you to look into the matter and help me get my refund. I have all their communication available in writing and i can provide you all the additional information, if required.

                          We are planned the tour on 20th with kesari tour but due to my father health issue which was unexpected of plate lates count down. we info in them afte received the report that we are not able to come... nd very next day we request them for refund the done on amount atlist bcz its Its unusual event which was suddenly happen... which was my father health problem... the amount which we pay was 1, 10, 000 for 3 person which was not small amount...

                          We are requesting them to pay refund atlist some of amont in cash but they are not ready to give us some of amont in cash..

                          I m really requesting to the owner of the kesari that we are belog from middle class family nd this is our 1st tour nd its was cancle due to my father medical issue ..

                          I m requesting to to plz refund the some of the amont as 1, 10, 000 is not small amount t ppz ppz help.

                            I had booked us east coast tour by paying rs 70000/- for 2 persons with kesari tour. But unfortunately our visa was rejected on 10th july 2019. I informed kesari representative supriya on the same day and sent her mail mentioning cancellation and refund. She told it would take about 10-12 days for the process. On enquiring after 10 days she says it would take 20-25 days. Now it's 25 days and i have not received any response.

                            I request you to kindly help me get the refund.

                              We joined europe tour of 22days,, but came back separately after 3days of tour return date.. Kesari 1st collected rs 16000 per head extra for this separate return ticket. Due to jet planes cancellations they again collected rs.18000 per head extra... We had booked train at 11a m on last day of tour. So we not get any lunch or last day touring from kesari which was given to other tour members,., so we claim refund of this extra money i. E. Rs 16000+18000, other members flight was @10p. M. Our last day sightseeing also missed, as kesari changed their first plan which was informed to us at booking time. We made our plans according the first plan. So we also claim this missed out sightseeing.

                              Last & important we not received refund of visa fees. Which was paid by us.
                              We claim it, urgently, as it was supposed to be returned before our your starts. Now thetour ended, still we not rec'd it.

                                Before going to schengen visa inerview to pune on 22 feb 2019 were informed to pay visa fees in cash as it was not possible to pay on line by your office. And it will be refunded by kesari tours.
                                Sir, i have paid vfs charges rs.496/-+visa fees rs.4970/-two persons total
                                Rs.10932/-
                                It is requested for refund to nashik branch office of kesari tours with my bank a/c details & bill copy issued by italy visa office.
                                The partial fees amt. Of rs.8893/- is refunded. Balance refund of rs.2039/- is awaited since two months. Many times contacted to nashik office, simply informed as under approval. Requested to refund immediately. Thanks

                                  This is belonging to Europe Tour for 11.06.19, We regret to learnt that you had asked and collected extra fare charges of Rs.6930/-for couple, by saying that you had booked our tickets in Jet Air ways, now you had arranged in Etihad therefore you are charging this. But when you had booked our tickets in Jet Air, you had never informed us, how can we ascertained about your booking ?, even if so, you had collected lumpsum amount from us for entire tour, you had never furnished any details of Air fare to us, if any increase or decrease all have to born by Kesari only, you had offered package deal to us, therefore we are not liable to pay any amount to you, we had paid this amount under protest, this is totally unfair to your clients, we request you to refund the same and maintain your goodwill, Kesri !

                                    I ms jyoti shikhare booked two tickets tour code p8 europe tour dates 25 th april 2019 till 5th may 2019.
                                    My mother is senior citizen age 69 yrs with diabetes, bp and heart patient. She always had fream never got chance to go thru kesari, hence i booked and wanted to gv her gift.
                                    Even after reading negative reviews and making entire payment in oct 2018 in bonanza offer.
                                    Was disappointed to knw that out of 4 flights mumbai to dubai and dubai to amstardam and return journey none of flight we were seated together. She was in different zone and me in different. Only for one flight after requesting officers of emirates they gave us one flight together seats.
                                    And my tour leader said it's not in her hands, nor her company's hand (Kesari) to book seats.. Where as officer told me clearly by paying some amount seats can b booked as per choice.
                                    Than why was i lied and miss guided by co. Ordinator??

                                    On 5 th day when we were in switerland our tour leader"mitali deshmukh" came to us and told me to gv mothers boarding tickets of 25 april mumbai to dubai and dubai to amsterdam hard copy to her, as some problem.. When i ask she said my mother tickets are cancelled while returning and she said she dont knw reason she got a call from mumbai office.
                                    Just imagine my mother's senior old person she got panic so did me. Who would have taken responsibility if anythg would have happen to health by hearing this.
                                    For next 3-4 days we were in full tention and could not divert our mind. We did not enjoyed our trip as this was serious issue. What would my mother done alone there in group of 43 members just 1 ticket cancel? And how would i come alone. My phones were not having outgoing calls.. I was helpless and scared just by thought.
                                    I owe an explanation and answer to this.
                                    Becos after 3 rd day tour leader said after asking her she said problem is resolved. What was that? And when i ask her what happened she again said she dont knw.. Are u guys serious??

                                    From 2nd day till 5 th day tour leaders ask if anybody wan to visit place which are not in itinerary they can go and have to pay extra euro... Now this contribution was from 10 euro per person till 35 euro... Depending on sites and said this money includes transportation and entry fees.
                                    So is this business strategy??
                                    U kesari guys show us one amount of package and than ask for extra euro for places which not included in itenaray??
                                    So next time person should carry 50, 000/- only for place of interest apart from package price.
                                    And shopping etc

                                    We were in tention and this was mental torture due to which we were not able to enjoy or focus on tour. How will u compramise for this?

                                      My parents are on a tour to europe starting 25th april e[protected] tour code. They have misplaced baggage on flight, and it's been 4 days that they haven't been provided their luggage. Also my mother's health is not doing well, as her medication is in the misplaced baggage.                                         Dear sir
                                        I have booked e -4 europe tour departure date 23rd april 19, befor 9 months and paid full amount. Out of your many tour of europe i have chosen this tour because it was covering london. It took me 50 long year to fulfil my and wife dream to see london and worked hard to accumulate 5 lac of europe tour. We both are working as a teachers.
                                        Now due to jet airways problem i am asked to pay additional 30000 rs. And skipping london from my iteneary. Its very much upsetting us. Making us unhappy.
                                        So i requested them to postpone my dates for 1, 2, 3, months and do the need full.
                                        My feelings and sentiment are deeply hurt.
                                        So now again i have to spend approximately extra 2 lac to see london next time which will be too much of loss to us.
                                        So plesae find some suitable solutions.

                                        The public complaint does not show

                                        - the tour conditions in full and payment in full ;

                                        - the exact wrong doing act against you by the possible operator (servic eprovider);

                                        - the meaning of "to postpone my dates for 1, 2, 3, months and do the need full. "

                                        - the receipt of "approximately extra 2 lac to see London next time"

                                        In addition,
                                        - there is no a connection between your order and the possible loss ;
                                        - if the Jet airways was involved, you can claim "money back" only.
