Currently booked a custom tour to swiss.

Facing lot of issues, just mentioning the dire one here -

Booking a local trip from geneva to leukerbad with private transfer we got a commitment on mail with confirmed total cost of the trip.

Due to some internal issues of kesari with the swiss agent kesari has suddenly called to cancel the tour making a deduction of 300 euro.

Not accepting it now they demand an additional 650 euro over & above if we wish to continue the trip.

This is simply a threat. Not adhering to commited cost it is just increasing the costs as the trip date is getting nearer.

Not just this but same has been happening with many other local tours. Cancellations without break up costs is just a non transparent loot.
