I'm from pune we me and ma family booked himachal tours by kesari but from the beginning of the trip there is no culity of food or hotels we haven't eaten anything there is a poor culity of food we are in manali now and the hotel "golden tulip" this hotel is the worst hotel we had many trips with kesari but this is the worst i gusse all the familys are very angry today is 15-05-18 we wont go inside the hotel i[censored] won't change it our half trip is remain now if we all r going to get this kind of hotels we won't get inside all familys are very disappointed by this kind of kesaris mangement

    I was to fly this morning to budapest.. Your tour dated 070518. I had come to know unofficially that the tour got cancelled because of visa issues. The had been no written communication from your office. This had been disgusting experience. My passports have still not reached me by courier fro delhi with or without visa. This is absolutely abnormal since departure date has expired. Responsible front line office staff not responding.. Phones not answered nor a call back. I am first interested to get my passport back. I am highly aggrieved with your office staff ans also visa representative. Please arrange callback and delivery of my passports

      We had gone for dubai group tour on 28th dec 2017 and on new year day we were literally logged in a closed room for celebrations. Just imagine going to dubai on new year eve and instead of celerating outside in a good dow cruise or any small hotel at marina, we were locked, sorry logged inside. We could have done better staying home rather then spending so much on dubai tour. And the food on new year was, three dish buffet. All group members boycotted the celebrations and left room without even cutting the cake. Please, you are keasri tours, please do not do these type of mistakes again or the competitors will move far ahead of you.

      And moreover i was told that i would recieve call from air booking executive regards my delayed flights and thereafter missing my connecting flight, But i did not recieve call from any body nor any email. Please be more professional about feedbacks

        Me and my friends did a thailand tour with kesari on december 2016
        We were been informed that one luggage bag per adult is part of package
        We were then been informed that bags are not in stock cannot give
        Then post trip same answer
        And we follwed up 2-3 times
        Your executive madam (Whose name i shall disclose if you take some pain to call me back) did not bothered to say anything

        I can easily donate some bags to your office if required
        But its about some service which was promised
        Your executive who was utterly friendly before booking suddenly became unfriendly post booking

        That was my first tour with kesari
        And i dont think i shall ever come back again
        And with this kind of service i doubt i would be able to spread good word about kesari to anyone.

          As i had booked tour for thailand in the month of june, 2017 which is planned for oct, 2017. As my husband working in abroad not able to come in india in this month. So i requested to postpone the same in the month of nov, 2017. But, still reply awaits from kesari. Many mails are already send to their executive.
          This is very worst customer service.

            Hi, I have booked H9 package. The cancellation of tour is not informed to us. I have called one day prior to inform that I have not received any call from team leader for the instruction to follow on tour. At that time they informed me that ur tour is got canceled. This is rediculous.
            I want refund of my tour money as well as my air ticket charges. As this is the big loss for me monitory as well as mentally.
            I am expecting that ur Dept. Should call back me and refund my all money which I have spend on this.

              Today i had gone to kesari office at fc road pune for getting information about applying a visa for canada and us. Aakash was the name of the person (Table 12)
              1. He didn't have any proper infornation on the price everytime i asked something he went inside to ask someone.
              2. After asking him the details about the cost being different online he said if you have so much information why dont you apply on your own.
              This is the wyorst reply i have ever heard from any company/agency.
              What is he sitting for if this is the answer he has for any questions.
              Worst experience ever.

                I have a booked a tour to Spain and portugal from 10 Sept 2017. today I went to Mumbai for visa from Pune this morning. unfortunately the visa papers were not throughly read by the MR Saurav of Pune Branch and Roshan of Mumbai branch. as the visa required 3 years Income tax return I had attached counter file receits not knowing that the visa office wanted ITR-5 acknoldgement form. before going to Mumbai When I had shown to the Pune office to saurav he just went through the papers which were sent to Roshan Of mumbai office. this type of carelessness caused me hole in my pocket plus tension. I am senior citizen travelled to Mumbai early morning from Pune.

                iam Sur you will sorry for this negligence but I should get back my Rs 1600 which I had to pay for these staff's "sub kuch chalata Hai attitude"

                this is my 7th-8 th number of tour with your renowned tour company and this type
                of carelessness of your staff is unpardonable. I should get back my RS 1600 which you can recover from these two persons.

                the staff doesn't go through the tourists booking carefully. i was asked to get xrox copies of various documents in two sets. which were required for people going to Morroco with Spain and Porugal. when I asked why two sets then I got to know it was for + Morocco trip.i needn't require two sets since I am going to Spain and Portugal.

                At 11 th hour Durgesh from Pune ofice asking me to carry some more documents as the proof of residance since my passport is made in Bhopal.

                it would be nice if you set up SOP for obtainig visas for various countries.

                kindly look into this matter seriously, the staff of visa office .was also annoyed with this carelessness. there were complaints from some people who are travelling to Spain -Porugal and Morocco with Kesari.
                i will be going to Pune office Of FC road to show the receits of all the payments made in visa office and I still repeat that for no reason I had to pay extra Rs 1600 for which I should get refund.

                  Have taken my hard earned 1lakh 40 thousand ruppss and gave m total disappointmner... Never trust kesari... Fraud company wid fraud attitude.. Hav don tour fr 12 data to hachal ans they hav lootofyin[censored]s.. No godd hotels.. No foods.. W fall aick after eating food.. Onstrad of chandigah hotel in hariyana ay remote place... I[censored] hav littel ethics please giv us half money back..

                    Kesari tours: stop fooling poor people – no ownership on mistakes made by them. Never go with kesari. Just there to grab your hard earned money. No ethics for customer relationship
                    Don’t make mistake in life by planning tour with kesari.
                    This is my personal experience in following points and this review will be helpful for you in deciding why not to avail kesari tour services.
                    I had booked kesari k9 kashmir tour. I was very happy for this trip as me and my husband had planned group tour for the 1st time in life. As it was a group tour we didn’t go to any other travel companies because of (“so called”) kesari’s reputation & name all over india.
                    Yes the day we went we were well greeted by the receptionist & were sent to counter number “9” at pune fc road kesari branch. We wanted booking for 8th may (Which the counter number 9) had agreed to give 1day before as seats were available. However when we went the tour was full & there were no vacant seats. We were advised to take 10th may tour. Ok so we accepted tour on 10th may kesari who grabs poor man’s money was charging 40, 000 more for flight journey from mumbai to srinagar. And pune to mumbai travel was at our own costs which meant spending 15000 to 18000 more. So we opt for package which doesn’t include flight tickets. We paid 20000 bucks & got all the details for tour confirmation & we were informed by miss kanak (Counter -9) to book your flight tickets & send the details to her. Being a prompt traveller the same day we booked our flight tickets & were very happy about the upcoming trip as being a middle class family we had planned trip after quite a long time.
                    This happiness however was only for 2 days when i received call that “your tour is cancelled”. You need to take different dates. No reason, no apology for cancelling tour nothing.
                    Then what about my flight tickets??? How should i reschedule. Cancellation & rescheduling was charging my 13000 bucks more. Whos mistake i this?? Why should i bear the loss??? 13000 bucks is a very big amount!!!
                    When i raised all these questions the so called contact person of kesari said i will get back to you & didn’t call back till i called her again and again.
                    After that moment she became very busy & i was only getting answers from receptionist /her colleagues “she is not on her desk”/”she is busy”/”she is on leave”i will tell her to call back in 15min. But i didn’t receive any call unless and until i called her back
                    In next 2 days she & her manger ruthlessly said we will return you the money (100%) & you bare your flight charges. Finish this was where their duty ended.
                    So because of these people i had to bear loss.
                    Refund of my money also took long 8 days. I had to call everyday with atlesat 10 min waiting everytime to check with their account department.
                    After cancelling tour there was not a single call from kesari side.

                    I would suggest you to never go with kesari. They don’t care about their customer & are just there to grab your hard earned money.
                    Don’t make mistake in life by planning tour with kesari.

                    As given in the hotel itinerary we reached holiday in Brentford London but when we go for check in they said this is not the hotel and the hotel in 30 mins away no contact from the tour guide very bad service by kesari tours tour E9130817. Really disappointed.

                      We have been travling with Kesari tours pvt ltd since 2000 onwards and have done a number of tours and also recommended them to many
                      we have booked an tour to south America which is set for departure on 23 feb 2017 in sept 2016 at the time of booking we inquired about a room partner as I wanted the tour on twin sharing, at the time of booking they assured me of a partner, they even shared the contact details of a guest from Gujarat and all was finalised .
                      now in mid January 2017 after submitting all the documents everything we get an call from Kesari saying that since the partner that Kesari gave me has backed out now they then put me on triple sharing .
                      I made the full payment on the assurance of triple sharing. now after all the formalities been done and full payment been made just 2 weeks prior to departure . I get an call saying that I will have to pay as single occupancy .
                      then on what grounds did you'll make the booking and assure me, now just prior to departure they are turning back on their words.
                      all the receipt and booking were done on a sharing bases
                      this is unethical and is not the first time that Kesari has been cheating, even in the past we have faced similar incidents where their representatives Deepali from Mumbai office forgot to attach our old passport due to which we got an reply from the consulate saying our visa rejected as we have not traveled before were as we already had a UK, Swiss, Europe, Africa, Kenya, Egypt, UAE, along with many south asian countries visa stamped
                      on attaching our old passport on the same documents we got the visa but lost 88, 000 rupees due to Kesari mistake
                      this is unacceptable and is repetitive on the side of the tour company

                        This is with regards to the customized tour arranged for Andaman by Kesari from 24th November to 30th November.We had paid an additional amount of Rs. 4600/- for the Semi submarine Coral safari ride. Due to weather conditions, the ride was cancelled and we were assured by Kesari executive Ms. Devshri that the refund will be processed. Today we are on 16th Jan and inspite of continuous follow ups with Devshri I have still not received the refund. Now she has even stopped responding to calls, emails.This has been a sheer careless approach in servicing the clients.The first response given by her was she was busy in servicing the new clients and there was much pressure, second response payment cheque processing requires min. 7-10 days which took more than a month now, next response the person who is handling was on marraige leave, next response the cheque is processed but I am hospitalized.From past week days we are trying to call, message, email her but not even a single response.What kind service is this??Is it not the responsibilty of the person to be upfront and communicate the relevant details???Provide me the contact details of her seniors/appropriate person who will ensure the resolve the issue on top most priority.Rs. 4600/- is not a small amount and I hope you realize the importance of it.
                        Get this resolved asap.

                          I was to board tour of australia with tour code AA181116 with my 64 yrs old mother on 18th november 2016.But my visa got rejected on 18th october 2016. Kesari itself had applied for visa of both o[censored]s .since my visa ws rejected hence mom was not able to travel alone. I therefore immediately informed kesari that we both cant travel to australia. I had informed this on 18th october 2016, that is, one month prior to departure of tour and thereby asked cancellation of tour and refund of amount as per their policies. Everyday their sales person says to me that your work will be done today. But they are not doing. I want immediate refund of my amount.

                            I have been talking to Arjun from Kesari tours in Delhi till they wanted to take the full payment. But after the payment was done, he has stopped picking up calls or any call backs in this regards was made. I was requesting to have a trip carved out for only Singapore after the rejection of the Malaysia visa. Initially the plan was to travel to Malaysia and Singapore. But I am not getting any feasible options from them, neither are they picking up my calls.
                            Also the arrangement of 3 meals are not made as promised. It has become extremely difficult for my partents who are BP and diabetic patients without proper food arrangements. Very pathetic and lousy experience from this tour provider.

                              Last year i contacted kesri from goa to book a flight ticket to delhi for December. Later i had to cancel my booking for personal reasons.
                              Just few days ago i got very offensive texts from a personal number. Turns out this person is an employee or is working for kesri. When told i will lodge a complaint, the person got verbally abusive.
                              How irresponsible is it on the company's side to let your agents use customer numbers to harass them like this, especially when i live so far away . Seems like living so far away I am being fooled by my own people home.

                                We traveled europe from 3rd may 2016 to 21st may 2016. Popular europe. It was organized well. We were happy with our tour leader sandeep patil, who took good care o[censored]s. Our group too turned out to be good fun.
                                Now for the negative points.
                                1) kesari had given us big, famous names of 4 star hotels that we would stay in... On the day of our travel, they gave us a list of totally unheard of names, which caused a lot of anger in our group.
                                2) what hurt us most is, as we were standing in a queue for clearing formalities, our co passengers started discussing about the package fate. Most of them had paid rs 11000. Per person less than us, though we were the first to book our package & pay advance 6 months earlier. We got 40000 rs as discount which the others too got though they booked later. Nobody at kesari bothered
                                To call & inform us about their bumper one time payment which they suddenly introduced later on. Had we known, we would have availed of the 11000rs bumper discount. We are very disappointed with one mr kirit, head of bangalore division, who has not even cared to reply to our mail regarding our request for refunds. Hence after waiting for close to a month, we decided to make it public.
                                Otherwise our trip was fabulous. Why should we be penalized for being early birds & for the negligence of bangalore kesari staff, who did not inform us.

                                  I had booked tour in May and July in name of sudhir kini and sneha kini in Feb 16. Unfortunately my husband sudhir kini is diagnosed with cancer and has to undergo surgery and treatment for six months. As such I had requested for cancellation of my tour and asked for refund in April 26. I have mailed. But till today I have not received refund or feedback. I had good experience with your Europe tour . Please call on my mob [protected] and give my status and where to complain

                                      Disappointment with Kesari Tour of Arunachal, Assam and Meghalaya To The Managing director / Chief executive Kesari Tours PVT. LTD. Dear sir, (Sub: Disappointment With Kesari Tours “Amazing North 16/11/15 to 25/11/15) Further to your tele talk some o[censored]s had with your shri Shreyas on 21st November expressing our utter displeasure at the way this tour has been organized, we wish o bring to your notice the following issues/facts which have made us extremely unhappy and angry. We hope Mr Shreyas has conveyed what transpired during our tele talk with him to your good self. At the outset we want you to know that most o[censored]s have travelled with Kesari Tours within and outside India on several occasions in past, in fact some have never travelled with any other tour operator and have been loyal customers of Kesari till embarked upon this tour to our misfortune. When we booked our tour we were provided with itinerary and were told that Quality of hotels in Arunachal Pradesh was not of Kesari standard. We paid the tour amount on the basis of this trust that we then had in Kesari. Our trust now stands shattered. A : ITINERARY No one was informed about extent of arduous travelling involved on winding and bumpy roads through mountains nor were we made aware of altitude of the places. Most o[censored]s are senior citizens or nearing 60 yrs. We were on road for almost eight and a half days of ten days travelling on winding and bumpy roads in chilly weather. We wondered whether we came for sightseeing or just travelling from one place to another. getting up at 4 o’clock in morning leaving hotel at 6 am, travel 150 to 200 kms almost every day only to be lodged in another hotel in the evening. Were Your planning team not aware that it dark after 5-30 in the evening and no sightseeing is possible in north east states?.Itinerary planning was atrocious eg: From BHALUKPONG to KAZIRANGA is only 54 Kms.as was given in itinerary given to us but instead we were taken to SHILLONG from BHALUKPONG (284 Kms) and brought to KAZIRANGA from SHILLONG (254 Kms)wasting 2 days in travel. This change in itinerary consumed 2 valuable days and physically exhausting travel. There were no washroom facilities during journey especially for ladies. Where facilities were available though unsatisfactory one had to climb 20 odd steps up and down. You could have given some idea about the difficulties they may encounter .Are you blinded by your desire to somehow organize the tour with no concern to ladies As per the itinerary provided to us at the time of booking or embarking on Day 6 ie Saturday 21st nov we were to proceed to Kaziranga from Bhalukpong (54 Kms). On previous night on 20th nov we were told that we have to proceed to Shillong (284 Kms) instead of Kaziranga. That meant we had to travel at least 7 to 8 hrs more adding to the already existing tiring schedule wasting one day. No acceptable explanation was given to us. There was no force majeure situation or natural calamity which compelled Kesari to change the route. We hear that there was a goo[censored]p in hotel booking. In the process we had to unnecessarily travel additional 600 kms, waste two important days on road sacrificing sightseeing and get up at 4 am and start journey at 6 am every day for four consecutive days. Who other than Kesari do we hold responsible for this avoidable route change which resulted our being in shillong on Sunday when Don Bosco High Tech Museum is closedapart from this we did not visit a picturesque spot for angling and picnic enrout to Bhalukpong. The time taken from one place to another was much more than indicated in kesari bulletin. B :HOTELS AND ROOMS IN ARUNACHAL PRODESH In extreme cold weather hotel rooms were not provided with room heaters or electric geysers or heaters. At Bondilla even hot water was not provided for bath..Rooms did not have cupboards to keep clothes. We were accommodated in Buddhist Monastery which has only basic things. Bathrooms did not have towels in Hotels in Tawang. Electricity used to go off in all the three hotels in Bondilla, Tawang and Bhalukpong. There was no alternative arrangements like generators .and we had to spend one whole night at -3 degrees C temperature without heater and geysers. All o[censored]s are around 60 years of age. Can you please tell us whether any of your tour planners or representatives had seen the hotels or facilities prior to planning? Do you feel such service can be accepted by paying customers? If you have relied solely on your agent or contractor or his subcontractor are you not answerable to us? C: FOOD After we landed in Bondilla we were told that food arrangement has been subcontracted to third party. This came as a shock to us. Did you provide a list 0of your expectations as per Kesari standard to your subcontractor? If not WHY? We were served only rice /rotis with limited vegetables(2 tea spoonful)for dinner at Tawang. On two occasion only puris and chole was served for breakfast. Packed lunch (Tawang and Bhalukpong) included only rice and vegetables. There were people who did not eat rice ( DIABETICS) ore deep fried puris for medical reasons Don’t you feel that patrons should be offered at least one choice and not compelled to eat what is served? Food provided was worse than what is provided in prisons or orphanages. We did not expect this from Kesari Tours D: TRANSPORT AND SAFETY Do you check prior to hiring the vehicles if these vehicles have required registration and valid documents and permission to ply on roads of all the states where tours are arranged? Obviously not. Today our vehicle s were checked in SHILLONG by RTO police only to find that vehicles did not have valid documents. Drivers managed by paying bribes. If this were not accepted our vehicles could have been detained and we would have lost precious time and day who then would have taken the responsibility? None of the vehicles had safety belts. We fail to understand how Kesari can have such disregard for safety of their tourists? How can you be so careless towards our safety knowing fully well the road conditions and arduous travel on tne route? We saw two accidents . cars speeding off the road and going down the valley In case of any mishaps causing grievous injury due to absence of safety precautions who would take the responsibility? This only shows your scant concern regards safety of tourist. You are risking life of your patrons who have trust in you by your carelessness. To be honest we can go on and on to express our unhappiness at the way we were treated on the tour. You may find the letter harsh but we have on option to give you real idea about the torture we underwent. We hope you understand the gravity of the situation. If you cannot take care of your clients please do not organize such tours and risk your well earned reputation. Please do not take this letter lightly. We want a detailed reply covering all the above points and the action you propose to take in respect of compensating us for spoiling our holiday which we were eagerly awaiting. Also suggest that urgent measures be taken to ensure that other tours to North East states be properly planned and gullible tourists are not subjected to hardships and incur damage your reputation.                                         I traveled with my family to Europe through Kesari travels from Mumbai on E9 Tour code from 10 May 15-17 May 15. A group photo was taken in front of the leaning tower of Pisa in Italy. They had assured that the hard copy of the photo would be sent. However, although all the other members have received the photo, we are yet to receive it. In spite of repeated reminders and calls there has been no positive response from Kesari group.
